There is also an outdoor shower and private parking spaces. The house has a large water reserve with a 6000 litre tank.

It is only 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro, such as La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Isuledda, Capo Coda Cavallo and Cala Brandinchi. The main services, including bars, markets, restaurants and stationery shops, are all within easy reach.

This property is ideal for families with small children or two young couples who want to relax both on the beach and on the property. In the evenings, you can go out in the local square and visit pubs, breweries and discos. It is the perfect area for those who really want to relax, as it is well ventilated and free of noise.

The outdoor areas are very spacious, with two gardens: a large one in front of the verandas and a smaller one at the back, where the laundry area is located. Please note that pets are not allowed, but you may smoke outside the property, e.g. on the lighted, covered veranda.

It is also possible to rent both independent flats at the same time for families of 4/5 people each, for a small additional charge per person for a linen kit (sheets, pillowcases) for double and single beds, as well as a towel kit consisting of three towels (face, bidet, shower) per person.

Our property is located in a quiet residential area, far from the night noises of the clubs in the centre. This area is very breezy, ideal for maximum relaxation, and is perfectly suited to families with small children or couples seeking peace and quiet. However, it is important to note that the property is not suitable for young people seeking a lively nightlife.

There are 22/23 beaches in the vicinity, each with its own unique charm. However, they all have in common the clear, crystal-clear water. You can choose between fine white sand or rocky beaches, ideal for snorkelling or angling. You can also hire boats in the area to discover even more fascinating places. Free shuttle bus 80 m from the hotel with several daily and nightly runs from 1 May to 30 October.

In the evening, you will find numerous clubs, pubs, ice-cream parlours, bars and discos, where you can have fun and enjoy the nightlife. It is easily accessible from both the port and Olbia airport. To get there, just follow the instructions: take the 4-lane SS131 in the direction of Siniscola-Orosei-Nuoro and exit at San Teodoro. At the first roundabout, turn left in the direction of Badualga (hamlet of San Teodoro) and continue for another 10 minutes until you reach our facility.
