Inga steg in eller ut från denna marknivå lägenhet med utsikt över golfbanan, vatten funktion och lokala berg! Välutrustat hem med alla nyare avancerade möbler - inrättad som en lyxvilla. Två av sovrummen är master sovrum med eget badrum och generösa walk in closets. Tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng (tvilling över full med en rulla) och ett skrivbord (använd som tredje sovrum eller som kontor). Köket innehåller alla nyare rostfria vitvaror (kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, gasspis). Två bilfäste garage. Gratis trådlöst nätverk. Tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Resort inkluderar tennis, gym, klubbhus, pooler, spa och golf (betalas att leka), bevakning gated community. Utanför har vi nya utemöbler för sex och en gasgrill (direkt plumbed - aldrig ansikte en tom propan tank). Massor av uppgraderingar och förbättringar (nyare AC, nyare värmare, nyare vattenvärmare, spis konverterad till gas, surroundljud / teatersystem ... för mycket att lista !!!). Även om det inte finns några skatter för en vistelse på 27 nätter eller längre, har vrbo inte möjlighet att ta bort det från citatet när du ser det online. Great stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo in Palm Desert. The space was spotless, commodious, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home and then some. The patio was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Great location—close to shops, restaurants, and golf. Hope it is available next year for our golf trip.

Enjoyable Stay

Comfortable, clean condo in excellent location. Neal was very easy to communicate with. Desert Falls Community has great amenities. This was our second time renting in this community.

Girls Weekend

The place was very clean and spacious. It was a perfect location to enjoy pickleball, the pool and shopping nearby. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and communication with the owner was excellent. We would like to come back when the weather is a bit cooler.

Great stay in the desert

All was great and the owner was very responsive. Loved the walk in closets in two of the bedrooms; the master bedroom and bathroom were especially luxurious; the artwork everywhere was nice; and the kitchen and open plan made cooking and socializing easy. We’ll definitely come back!

Amazing and perfect location!

Absolutely love this home! The location is perfectly located to Palm Springs and the surrounding area - we could get to Aquas Caliente or shopping downtown Palm Springs in 10 minutes either way. Super cozy, clean, modern and lots of space for everyone. Neighborhood is quiet (we loved) and in a gated community so we felt very safe. Guards at gate were all so nice. Neal is awesome and was easy to reach and responded immediately to any question I had. Definitely plan to come back and stay here again. Highly, highly recommended.

Winter get away

Clean and close to town. Enjoyed the golf course. No hot water when we got there and host was quickly responsive, immediately rectified the problem, issued money back for time that was affected Let us use bikes that were in garage. Would return.definitely.Neighbors friendly.

Well stocked home in gated community

The home is well stocked including spices, soap, shampoo and towels. Owner is quite responsive with communication. We felt quite secure in the home with the security system and the gated community. Check in process was easy. There were more steps upon check out than I’ve encountered with other rentals.

A great getaway place for family

We had an excellent week staying in this condo. Very well equipped - everything we needed and more for our family, including 3 grandchildren. Loved the easy access to the pool and hot-tub, short walk to the pickleball courts. The condo is spacious and bright. Communication with the host was excellent - quick and responsive. We would definitely return here again and recommend it to our friends.

Quick trip to Palm Desert

We came in for a concert at Acrisure Arena and the location was perfect. Neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed the pool. The location was central to many things. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Wonderful stay in Palm Desert

Beautiful, large, fully stocked condo. The condo is well decorated, the kitchen has everything one needs to cook, and the condo is easy to access. The host, Neal, was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Place

We had a group of 5 adults and the unit worked perfect. Clean, Spacious and quiet. Nice amenities, lots of seating room and a spacious kitchen. We're talking about possibly staying here next year.

We are an active family of 5. Melinda is a realtor and broker and Neal is a real estate appraiser. We own an Orange County based real estate brokerage called Freedom First Properties. Melinda loves hiking in the local hills and mountains and Neal enjoys playing tennis. As a family we love to vacation (who doesn't?) and road trips are one of our favorites! Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted to pick a home that would be perfect when we retire (someday....) but would serve our family well while the kids were still young and active. We wanted a community that offered many quality amenities (golf, tennis, gym, clubhouse) and found all of them in guard gated Desert Falls Country Club. We didn't want stairs or steps and wanted a view--so we were fairly picky when trying to find the right vacation (and future retirement) home...but we knew it when we saw it...this was 'the' one!
