The detached natural stone finca in a rural location with absolutely secluded privacy is located not far from the village of Petra in the east of the island. However, there is a quick motorway connection from here and the beaches of the entire island are only around 20 km away by car.
An ideal and stylish holiday home with a great infinity pool and incredible views of the surrounding countryside.
With around 300 m² of living space on three floors, the house offers a total of 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with two single beds each) and 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite, 3 with shower) enough space for up to 8 guests. The large kitchen with dining table is equipped with a dishwasher. From here there is also the living-dining room with satellite TV, WiFi internet and access to the terrace and pool area.
Guests will find enough airy and shady places to read or linger here on the outdoor terraces and in the lovingly landscaped garden with the private 10 m x 5 m infinity swimming pool (depth 1.00 m x 2.00 m) with staircase entry. On the covered terrace directly in front of the pool you will find relaxing, shady spots and the dining table invites you to chilled barbecue evenings and cozy lunches with family or friends.
