This holiday home is a semi-detached house in Boulouris, which belongs to the municipality of Saint-Raphaël and is located between Cannes and Saint-Tropz.
The house has a private garden and a terrace with a sea view.
It sleeps four people on two levels. On the ground floor is the living/dining room and the kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Electric heating, a selection of Italian and French books and a map of the area are available in the house.
The public beach is only 100 metres away, accessible free of charge and cleaned daily by the town. An outdoor shower is also available for bathers, and the beach of Dramont is just a two-minute walk away, while the shops and bakery of the same village are 2 km away. The nearest town is Saint-Raphaël, seven kilometres away. From the port of Saint-Raphaël, boats leave for Saint Tropez and to explore the Esterel coast, and hiking enthusiasts can reach the Esterel National Park after a climb of about half a kilometre behind the residence and discover the natural oases of the wild boar colony on foot along well-signposted paths. The Esterel National Park also offers horse riding excursions, the riding stables are about one kilometre from the holiday home, and the town of Frejus is ten kilometres away, where you can visit the Roman ruins (amphitheatre and aqueduct).
The residence, where the house is located, is completely fenced. Guests of the complex have access via digital code to the two swimming pools, one of which is 25 x 10 metres. The tennis court is located directly in front of the house. There are public communal car parking spaces in the complex.
