The holiday home, which was built in the 19th Century, is one of the traditional houses in the village of San Carlos. It was completely renovated in 2000, but has lost neither its authenticity nor the traditional charm of a country house on Ibiza. The house has two floors. On the upper floor is the 100-square-metre suite, where there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a small living room with a sofa bed as well as its own large balcony. The other two bedrooms are approximately 14 square metres in size, and each has two double beds. In addition, there are two further bathrooms with bathtub or shower. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a music system as well as cosy armchairs. The 35 sqm kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, and invites you to cook or dine together. A small separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board are also available. You have access to free WLAN throughout the whole house.
In addition, the house has a private paddle tennis court as well as a fenced garden with a pool, where it also has an outdoor shower. Furthermore, there is a grill/barbecue area with garden furniture. A private parking area is also at your disposal during your stay.
About 500 metres away is the small and tranquil village of San Carlos. Its origins date from the church that was built in the late eighteenth century, and it also makes an impression with its beautiful coastal scenery. In the nearby surrounding area, you will find the famous markets of Las Dalias and Punta ArabĂ, where the influences of the hippie movement from the 60s are still to be found. Approximately 200 m away you will find supermarkets and restaurants and in five minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of "Cala Lena", "Aguas Blancas", "Cala Mastella" and "Cala Nova".
