Located in Balestrate, less than a 5-minute drive from its sandy beaches, the property is a 20-minute drive from Castellammare del Golfo.
This area of Balestrate is a favourite with our guests, based on independent reviews.
Outside it has a veranda with sea views, a large communal car park, and a large above-ground swimming pool where there is an area with relaxing sun loungers overlooking the sea. The property has free internet access. The residence is only 700 metres from the golden sandy beach of Balestrate and about 300 metres from the town centre.
The residence consists of 6 flats with 4 to 7/8 beds, equipped with air conditioning. Our guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool situated in a place with a sea view and equipped with a garden in which there are relaxing sun loungers. All flats have free wi-fi service. Flat 1 has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms.
From Balestrate you can easily reach Castellammare del golfo, Scopello, the Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo,Marsala, Erice, Trapani and Palermo.
Our residence overlooks the fantastic view of the Gulf of Castellammare to see a beautiful sunset.
