Flat with private terrace, with sea view, 50 m from the beach The flat on the first floor is located very close to the beach of Sas Linnas Siccas in a quiet area surrounded by a garden of olive trees.
The flat has a covered loggia where you can have lunch/dinner outdoors, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and two sun loungers. From which you can also enjoy the panorama with a view of the sea. At the rear of the house there is another area available with sun loungers, parasol, etc. The property is fenced off with an outside shower.
The first floor, about 60 sqm, can accommodate 4-6 persons. It consists of the following rooms: a living room with a flat-screen TV (32") and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with a double bed; a small bedroom with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and grill, coffee machine and dining area; and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and a safe.
The beach is approximately 50 m away and can be reached via a ramp, so that a pushchair or pram can also be accessed. The village centre of Sos Alinos with restaurants and supermarkets is about 1 km away. Orosei is approx. 8 km away.
Two bicycles are available free of charge. In addition, you will find a travel cot for small children and a high chair in the house.
