This villa is located right next to Anse Mancenillier beach, on the edge of the Saint-François lagoon, protected by the coral reef, and just a short walk from the recently renovated 18-hole golf course.
Private saltwater swimming pool with alarm. Outdoor shower. Charcoal barbecue. Beautiful, fully enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees. Automatic gate. 2 parking spaces inside the property.
The house is entirely on one level and all the rooms are arranged around the swimming pool and open onto a covered gallery. 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own shower room (shower, WC and washbasin): one with a 160cm-wide bed, the other 2 with twin beds. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with television and telephone open onto the swimming pool and garden.
The beach is 60 metres away, within walking distance of the villa. There is plenty of shade and the sea is calm and shallow. The town centre is around 2 kilometres away, with all amenities. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance of the house. Peace, security and privacy.
Possibility of adding a child's bed or cot at no extra charge. Baby equipment available: chair, cot, pushchair, potty. Free internet access. Free departure cleaning.
