VÄLKOMMEN till vårt strandhem! Vårt fritidshus ligger i West Hyde Park i Kingston Plantation! Vår lägenhet ligger i centrum av Kingston Plantation; Vi är ungefär en 5 minuters promenad till den nya hälsoklubben, som öppnades maj 2017 och 8-10 minuter genom Kingston Plantation till stranden.

Vår lägenhet har gott om plats för en familj på 6-7 i alla stadier, småbarn till tonåringar! Köket är välfylldt för att laga hemlagade måltider! Det kan också vara en lugn tillflyktsort för bara vuxna, föräldrar, golfare och bara för flickor-reträtt !!!

Lägenhetsuppgraderingar från och med 2017:
Nya möbler i familjerummet,
Ny king size-säng i sovrummet.
Ny färg genom hela.
En privat router för bättre och snabbare kabel och internet.

2013 renoverade vi vår lägenhet med följande uppgraderingar:
* Bänkskivor i granit i köket och baden.
* Nya apparater i köket.
* Ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare
* Modern kaklat duschkabin i masterbadet med extra stort duschhuvud.
* Inramad spegel över fåfänga med 'hans & hennes' sänkor i masterbadet.
* Nya ljusarmaturer i matsalen och baden.
* Nya stolar i matsalen
* Nytt ljus- och takfläkt i familjerummet
* Ny ljusarmatur på takfläkten för sovrummet
* Alla nya högupplöst, platt-TV-väggmonterade TV-apparater (4, en i varje rum)

Vi har 3 sovrum som ger gott om sömnplats för utökade familjesemestrar! Vi ser fram emot din kommande vistelse i vårt fritidshus!

Kingston Plantation är ett 145 hektar stort planerat samhälle ... det är inget mindre än SPECTACULAR! 23 tunnland färskvatten sjöar som är omgiven av vackert välskötta grunder och mogna träd. Samhället har en 1/2-mil med breda, vita sandstränder, 13-pooler, en Sport- och hälsofacilitet med 3 tennisbanor (en separat, extra avgift), 4 restauranger på plats och ett Embassy Suites Hotel där du kan njut av deras säsongsbetonade pool-bar / café-band (VRBO-gäster använder INTE Embassy Suites poolpooler eller Splash! Waterpark) och restauranger vid havet.

Winter home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed another winter in this beautiful villa in Kingston Plantation. The owners are wonderful to deal with and respond very quickly to any issues that arise. It is conveniently located near the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf.

Great unit and location

We loved this property. Very clean. Very well equipped. Great location. Rich was excellent to deal. Would have been 5 star except for the sofa….not very comfortable.

Family Mini-vacation

Family Travel

Highly satisfied with our stay at 7A West Hyde Park. The condo was clean and it was exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable and there was enough room for all of us. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. We truly had a wonderful Family Reunion.

What more could you ask for?

We had a beautiful stay here at Kingston Plantation. Plenty of room and everything you could ask for. I was just bring paper towels, we kept forgetting to pick some up.

Kingston Plantation rental

The property and the overall grounds were great. My family likes being close to the beach but just slightly removed so as to be away from the crowds. This rental fit us perfectly. There was a little mix-up regarding the use of the exercise facilities on property. I was told that we'd be able to use that facility but was told otherwise by the staff there upon arrival. Fortunatley, this was quickly resolved after speaking with the manager on site so we were happy. Again, it was a great trip and we'll look forward to returning again soon.

Great Family Vacation

We came here with another couple and our children. Condo exceeded our expectations and was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach and pool were just a short walk away but we did rent a golf cart from the rental company so we could tool around which I would highly recommend. Condo came with everything you would need, kitchen was fully stocked it was just like being at home. Would definitely rent this condo again should we come back to Myrtle Beach! Overall Great Experience.

Nice condo , AC worked great which was good because it was very hot the whole week. Definitely would recommend this condo. They had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen.

Wonderful!!

It was a great place! Spacious and updated. Enough room for all of our family. Because of the Covid-19 we stayed in a lot. It was quiet and not very crowded. The only problem we had was being told to leave the pool because it was not in the limits set by either Kingston or the governor. Hopefully, next year will be back to normal.

We have stayed at Kingston before and will continue to stay. Location at 7A West Hyde was enjoyable

Kids loved walking to the beach, stopping to see the fish and turtles, the swim in the pool then to the beach. Games at the property were nice on the rainy afternoon. We’d stay again

Nice place to stay with easy access to the beach and pool.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, entertainment , beach and pool. Great for family to gather and just relax if that’s what you choose to do. The security was excellent, family felt safe. I would definitely recommend families to stay here on vacation. The next time I’m in Myrtle Beach I will look for accommodations here first.....

Home away from Home

This property had everything you could think of from board games, sand bucket for the beach and every utensil in the kitchen. I didn't need anything. We especially loved the space needed for our children to all spread out and enjoy their time at the beach. Hope to stay there again next summer.

Perfect Vacation!

We served 28 years in the US Air Force and raised our family in various locations from Mississippi to California to Alaska to Virginia and more. Myrtle Beach has always been our favorite family vacation.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this condo when we visited Kingston Plantation for the first time in 2002 because our oldest son, then a high school freshman, was competing in a HS Band Competition in Myrtle Beach. We stayed at the Embassy, and by end of week we decided to explore buying here. Within weeks we bought 7A WHP.

This condo became our anchor as we moved repeatedly throughout our Air Force career. Our family memories include Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Spring Break and the summers; we watched our family grow up here. Now our children are bringing their families to the Beach!

So when you stay at our place, you will build your family memories on a wonderful foundation of family fun.
