We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. The villa was clean and homey! The view off our deck was beautiful and serene. It is a short, lovely walk to the beach and pool. It’s a very quiet and relaxing place. Mike was a very good host. We would stay there again!

Kingston plantation

We have a place at Kingston and have been going there for many years . The family is growing so we needed more space. My daughter and son-law thought the condo was very nice and a great location.

Myrtle Beach vacation

It was very clean,quiet,and the neighbors were very pleasant.Beautiful unit with a lot of nice touches.The owner was very helpful fixing a minor problem we had upon arrival.He followed up to make sure we were satisfied.We definitely would stay here again.

Late Summer Weekend

We loved staying at Mike's condo. The condo was very clean and location was very quiet. No issues what so ever. A short walk to the pool and just a short walk from there and you are on the beach. We enjoyed our Saturday afternoon at the Wet Whistle Pool Bar, enjoying the ocean breeze and view, while watching college football and drinking beer. It was great.

The owner does not take responsibility and takes advantage of the situation to overcharge me

The location of the site is good, but the attitude of the owner and came to spoil our stay. The rental process went well. I am totally dissatisfied with the owner, his lack of responsibility and his lack of customer service. The owner charged us, after our departure, a cleaning surcharge of $100, which was not justified. Without any supporting evidence, he accused us of leaving trash everywhere and dust on the shelves. However, we cleaned before leaving and I have 2 witnesses to confirm. In addition, there were renovations on the building that made noise and sanded boards for a few days, he did not even take it into consideration and charged us an extra charge, as if we were filthy. Throughout the stay I experienced situations and I never complained and I solved the problems on my own. I killed 2 cockroaches myself and didn't bother him with it. We were having WIFI/Internet response time issues, and his response was to tell me that I should call and see Spectrum. He even suggested that I, myself, take a subscription with Spectrum to increase internet speed. I finally organized myself with my Mobile provider. A chance, because in addition, Spectrum made a High speed upgrade at the end of my stay. I would have paid for nothing! In addition, the Spectrum technician entered the house, without our authorization, to do the installation. The owner never showed up. I think it's a lack of respect and confidentiality towards us. Instead of discussing it with us and listening to our arguments, he considered us guilty, without any consideration, and charged us an abusive surcharge of $100.

Andre Thank you your comments after your stay. It is unfortunate that you were not happy with your month long stay at my property. I would like to point you that I contacted you several times regarding your concerns with the speed of the internet. I referred you not only to Spectrum for support, but also Kingston Communications which handles the internet and phone service for Kingston. In a follow up phone call to Kingston Communications, they had not been contacted by you. Further more, you were contacted by me regarding the installation by Spectrum High Speed Internet and you replied, “No problem.” You were not in the condo at the time when Spectrum completed the installation. I have employed the same trusted cleaning company for over 7 years. They occasionally will alert me for poor conditions in the unit following guest departure, and will provide pictures to document. They assessed me an extra charge for each of these occasions and that cost is passed on to the guest, as in your case. I am a proud Premiere Host on VRBO and take my responsibly as a VRBO Host seriously. I wish you had contacted me during your stay for the other concerns so I could have assisted you further. Family Vacation 2022

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we had a great time. We arrived late so finding the place at night the first time was not easy, but once we got settled it was great. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and there are also two on site pools with in 5 minutes of the apartment. The beach in the area was really nice and and easy to access. Plenty of golf close, outlet malls 2 miiles away, Walmart was 2 miles away for groceries and beach supplies, etc. It was quiet and we found the location nice for our family. You are right between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach proper, but at 10-15 minute drive either way, make it very convenient to numerous restaurants. The owner was very available and very helpful. We would recommend staying at this place.

Great stay

Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Stayed during Elsa and owner called to give us info about past tropical storms. Not in flood area! Will stay here again!

Short family getaway

Property was located in a perfect location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Amenities were great for the location and there were plenty of things around to do. Local shopping and food is close. Communication with the property manager was great. Property was just what we expected and needed, just a few short steps away from the beach. Would recommend this

Great Getaway

Secutity Deposit was Withheld

The owner accused us for breaking the TV, he said our games and VCR did, we did not bring either. Also the maid lied to the owner. I have been going to Kingston for about 6 years and never had any problems. Basically he said I lied , after he emailed me that he was not refunding me I wrote him back explaining my side of the story and never heard from him again. I think it's time for a lawyer.
