It may accommodate up to 8+1 persons. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-Fi, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Just 3 minutes walking and you are directly at the beach of Calo de Sant Antoni and the Nautical Club. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.Given to the character of residential area, we only expect to host people willing to respect the tranquillity of the place, no noise, no party, no loud music is accepted. HOUSE RULES
BATHROOMSPlease do not dispose toilet wipes and sanitary pads in the WC or we may encounter serious problems of toilet outlet. LITTERAccording to municipal rules, recycle and deposit the litter in the trash bins available for the purpose, every garbage in its deposit bin as specified. You find them a few meters from the house entrance, on the edge of the street.I kindly ask you to take care of your own garbage before you leave the property. If not possible for any reason, please inform me in advance. Otherwise your deposit may be withheld as compensation for the annoyance caused. CHECK OUTAt 10. When possible we can agree on a better time for you. LOCKED ROOMSSome rooms remain locked for personal needs. NEIGHBORHOODYou will take care of the quietness of the vicinity as if it was your own house. Mainly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., avoid loud music, loud noise. I am far from forbid you from enjoying your holidays but I must warn you this is not a house for wild stuff. In case of complaints due to uncivilized behavior or vandalism in the private or public property, your deposit may be withheld as compensation for the annoyance caused. KEYSIn the event of lost keys, you will be charged thirty euros for their replacement. seventy euros in case of remote control and keys lost, they will be deducted form the security deposit. AIR CONDITIONEDAir conditioned is foreseen in the bedrooms, we are all very much worried on the impact of misuse of air conditioned. Please, be respectful of the environment and switch them off when you leave the property. The price of your staying in winter and summer season includes the usage of four hundred and fifty KW/week, every extra KW is charged thirty cents to be discounted from your deposit or paid by cash/bank transfer.SAFE- We provide a huge safe in the master room, to make you feel more comfortable when you are not at home,We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings in the property. It remains immersed in the residential area of Son Veri, some 20 minutes drive from the center of Palma, dotted with villas and gardens, 5 minutes walking from the beach where you can practice water sports and rent boats. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive. Beautiful coves and small beaches dot the rocky coast that flanks the area, ideal for hiking and for a day out discovering hidden corners of the Bay.WE ARE VERY FAR FROM ARENAL
