Inviting and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, on the 4th floor of a private condominium and closed to third-party access. The entire area of ââthe building is adapted for wheelchair accessibility, whether in courtyard areas or even inside buildings equipped with several elevators.
The condominium area is freely accessible and includes several patios with traditional Portuguese cobblestone flooring, made up of flowerbeds built into a basalt stone wall, with seasonal/traditional flower decorations and also a leisure area with a ping-pong table. . In addition to the patios, we invite you to enjoy the garden area, right next to the pool. Our swimming pool, of reasonable size, is free to access, with a solarium area around it.
We believe we have the conditions for you to have a peaceful holiday, whether as a couple or even for small families with up to 2 children.
The apartment is a T1, in the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for children, allowing a maximum of 4 people to stay overnight, however 2 adults and 2 children are recommended.
The accommodation is located in the city center, with several restaurants and bars nearby, the Madeira Casino, the emblematic Parque de Santa Catarina, all within a 2-minute walk.
The nearest hospital is a 10-minute walk away, with a pharmacy halfway there.
