In this quiet and idyllic village of Ljutići on the island of Krk, two and a half kilometers from the beach and the town of Malinska is situated this new stone villa. The location of the villa guarantees a relaxing holiday and is ideal for those who want to escape from the crowd and stress but still have enough time to enjoy the beautiful beaches and tourist attractions offered by Malinska and the island of Krk.
On the ground floor of a villa of 140 m2 there is a living room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, deep freezing), bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and both rooms have access to a large terrace with a sitting area where you can enjoy the morning coffee and observe the sea in the distance. The villa also has 2 extra beds and provides accommodation for a total of 8 people.
The central part of the garden occupies a swimming pool with a covered terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away, the nearest market is 1.5 km and the restaurant is 700 meters away.
The villa represents an ideal vacation for all nature lovers, peace and relaxation, as well as good fun that you will surely find in Malinska and other surrounding places on the island of Krk.
