Thank you for staying at Caribe 1208C and for the 4‑star review. I’m sorry the check‑in was confusing and that the unit had an off odor and worn, unclean furniture — I understand covering the couch was frustrating. Housekeeping has been notified to deep‑clean and investigate the smell, and maintenance will assess and address the furniture and overall cleanliness. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back so we can provide a better experience.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad the room was very clean and you enjoyed the ICW and Gulf views and the pool. We apologize for the inconvenience with your keys at check-in and will address that with our front desk. Thanks for the suggestion about adding hooks in the secondary room — we’ll pass it along to maintenance. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Hello Paul  We are happy that you enjoyed your vacation! We hope to host your next!

Thank you for staying at Caribe 1208C. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. I also apologize for the inadequate response you received when reporting the issue. We are taking these actions immediately: - Dispatch maintenance to diagnose and repair the central AC and the portable unit; remove any standing water and address potential water damage or mold. - Inspect the HVAC system (thermostats, condensate drains, vents) to prevent recurrence. - Remove and replace any affected linens or furnishings and perform a professional deep clean of the impacted room. - Replace the portable AC unit if it cannot be properly repaired. - Update and clarify the check‑in and parking instructions in the listing and confirmation messages so guests know where to park and how to access the unit. - Audit our guest-communication procedures, retrain staff, and implement faster response protocols for maintenance and access issues. - Strengthen turnover and quality-control checks to ensure critical systems are verified before the next guest arrives. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos so we can review your stay in detail and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life

It looks like this booking was for Caribe? We just want to be sure you are reviewing the correct property?

Thank you for taking the time to share this — I’m very sorry your stay at Caribe 1208C fell so far short of expectations. I’ve escalated your reservation to our operations team and the owner for immediate review. Actions we are taking: - Schedule a licensed plumber to complete repairs, verify all plumbing is fixed, and inspect for any remaining leaks or water damage. - Coordinate with building management about the leak into the unit below and confirm required repairs and notifications. - Inspect the master closet repair (the cut made to access pipes) and arrange proper restoration and any necessary remediation. - Review our maintenance communication and scheduling procedures so guests are notified promptly and given clear timelines when work is required. - Arrange a deep clean and unit inspection to confirm everything is restored to guest-ready condition. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation or refund and will handle that through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. I’m very sorry this impacted your family vacation and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Hi Jimmy! We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the keys and the unexpected additional charges. This falls short of the seamless experience we strive to provide. We'll investigate the key issue with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again, and we'll work with VRBO to clarify any discrepancies in charges for future bookings. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust on your next visit.
