Amazing Trip

This property was perfect for a quick November getaway. Clint was wonderful to work with, the room was gorgeous and the parking spot could not have been more convenient!

Amazing Property

This place is amazing. It’s huge with lots of sleeping arrangement possibilities which the kids loved. There is so much to do at the resort you may never leave! Clint was AMAZING at communicating and answering all my questions quickly. No complaints. Easy check in, easy check out. Parking space is the cherry on top!!

Perfect for family getaway

We stayed here because it had inside and outside pools. The beach was right across the street. The condo was perfect and very clean. Clint answered any questions that I had promptly. The staff was super friendly. It was perfect. My husband doesn’t really care to stay in condos but he loved this one. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great time!

We had a great time! Clint was awesome with all our questions. Ran into one issue with our parking Spot and he took care of it in minutes! Rooms were great; extra ice maker was a pleasant surprise!

Clint is a Great Host

Clint was vey warm and welcoming and had great communication with us throughout our stay. Condo location is perfect and the parking spot right by the main entrance is a plus. Unit could use a few updates but nothing major, it is perfect for families. Access to the huge master bedroom closet to store or luggage and hang our clothes was a plus. Most owners lock this closet to use a storage but having this available really made a difference! We will definitely be back. Already planning a Christmas visit!

Enjoyable stay! Excellent views!

Condo is very convenient to everything! Excellent parking spot. Excellent pools & lazy River & excellent view. Has a shuttle that takes you back & forth to the beach. Mattress on king beds could use an upgrade. They are not very comfortable. And pots & pan’s could use updated. This didn’t really matter to us because we ate out. We would stay here again.

Great view!

Property is in a great location. Just a short drive to the popular nightlife venues. View from the balcony is beautiful. Trolly to the beach is such a helpful amenity. We had a minor issue with our parking tags upon check in. We reached out to the property manager, Clint, and he was super responsive and got the problem solved immediately. Great customer service! Beds were more on the firm side. If we stay here again, I would probably pack a small mattress topper for comfort. Overall, great rental.

Facilities were great, parking was excellent. If you plan to cook during your stay, there were not enough utensils, ran out of spoons and forks each meal and the pan selection and bakeware available left much to be desired. Last year we had a grill on our balcony. No grill in this unit. Overall it was nice.

Above average unit but could use a little work.

Overall, what you see in the pictures & description is basically what you get, however, the condo could use a good cleaning (air vents were disgusting) new paint job, updating, and several cracked tiles throughout. Bed frame in master was also possibly broken from previous renter. View of the gulf was nice just wish it was a little closer and better access. Walk to the beach from shuttle is a little longer than anticipated and wish there was a beach cart for usage. Overall nice property, we would consider returning in the future, & enjoyed the pools! Communication from owner was excellent and thanks for allowing us to have enjoyable week creating many memories!
