Denna rymliga tre sovrum och fyra badrum lägenhet med exceptionella bekvämligheter är den perfekta inställningen för din nästa strand semester. Bekväma platser att sitta fylla i det stora vardagsrummet, och du har tillgång till en stor plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare och ett stereo system. Soffan är en bäddsoffa. Vackra köksmaskiner accentuerar det stora gourmetköket med frukostbaren.

Det finns ett stort formellt bord som erbjuder gott om sittplatser för stora familjer. En inbyggd våt bar har en handfat, ismaskin och massor av glasvaror på hyllorna. Servering på den kaklade balkongen, som har ett bord med sex stolar, låter dig njuta av måltider medan man ser handlingen på stranden och vattnet.
Alla tre sovrummen har platt-tv och privata badrum. Ditt sovrums svit har en king size-säng, tillgång till balkong och ett lyxigt badrum med en förlängd fåfängningsdisk som har två handfat, ett Jacuzzi-badkar och en stor inbyggd dusch med glaspaneler. Det första gäst sovrummet har ett par full-size sängar och en full storlek badrum med en kombinerad badkar och dusch. I det andra gäst sovrummet har du en queen size-säng, full storlek våningssäng och ett badrum som mycket liknar den tidigare. Det fjärde badrummet är tillgängligt från korridoren och inkluderar tvättstugan.
Detta komplex har ett förhöjt parkeringshus. Du kan parkera på 5: e våningen, så det är inte nödvändigt att använda en hiss!

There was construction going on, which we do understand, but would have like to have known the indoor pool wouldn’t be available. On day 3, we had a notice on our vehicle about being towed if we didn’t get the proper window form, we had what was given to us upon check-in. The front desk didn’t understand the issue, gave me a new ‘temporary’ ticket and only one security guard seemed to have an issue, the rest flashed us through so we are not sure of the confusion. The condo itself was amazing! We had a great family vacation and look forward to visiting again next year.

Spacious and clean condo on Orange Beach

Our group of 6 had a great stay at this condo. Close to the beach, balcony view of the ocean, indoor and outdoor pools, water slide and lazy river. Easy parking and access to great restaurants in Orange Beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo! We slept 13 comfortably. Had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing extra blankets for anyone needing to sleep on sofa couch or couch. Love the safeness you feel at this property. Also lazy river is wonderful and the slide! We will definitely be back!

Great for Family

Our family group of 9 really enjoyed this property. Beach and pool access is quick and easy, and we didn’t have to wait for elevators. The whole property was nice and clean.

Beach Vacation 2023

Phoenix West is the best condos we have ever stayed at. We have stayed there twice now and will definitely always stay there when in Orange Beach which is also our favorite beach!

Great family getaway!

We chose the location of this property as a mid point drive for ourselves (TX) and our kids who live in S. Florida. The condo was well appointed and maintained and served our group perfectly. It helped that we had a warm spell in November and could take advantage of the outdoor pools and slides as well as the beautiful beach! We would definitely book it again!👍😎❤️

GREAT for all ages!!!

Everything we needed was stocked! Our family had all ages and different ideas of 'fun' but ALL had a blast! Bedrooms were set up to enable a good night's sleep and private bathrooms/showers. Indoor/Outdoor pools, lazy river and beach were all utilized daily without overcrowding. Eateries and shopping are all nearby. Condo was clean and homey! Balcony was spacious, comfortable and provided fantastic view of the gulf. We loved everything about it and would HIGHLY recommend this unit to others!

Just as described, beds were great, glad we had that 4th bathroom. Roomy, parking was wonderful for the 5th floor. Corridor was really big where we could leave chairs and pool eq beside door, garage was covered and steps away. Ice machine was handy. Shopping carts available to help carry stuff in. Be sure to bring dish soap and hand soap no starters. Our only complaint was the internet for tv would continually cut off movies and could not use our computers. Son had a hot spot so he could. Pools inside and out were awesome, very little elevator waits and clean common areas. Kept floors as dry as possible where swimmers were going in and out. Housekeeping came right away and remopped but for some reason our feet were really black but she said unless they use steam mop they will. Did not feel gritty so I guess that was correct. We even notice a few folks on elevators with the same issue! Housekeeping very nice It would have been helpful if some grab bars had been installed. Tubs looked new and pretty but at 75 they were a little slick heard very little noise from other apartments above Views are just beautiful and since no window were open to outside in the bedrooms made it nice to sleep in!! Close to Walmart and you must try Docs seafood right across the street! Even though parking was a garage the spaces were pretty good with careful placement. I drive and Expedition and I even saw bigger trucks. Overall very good experience.

Nice, clean property!

The room smelled and looked fresh and clean when we got there. This rental was perfect for our group of 13! Parking on the fifth floor was so convenient for us, we had seven children with us and 6 adults. The lazy river and slide were amazing and perfect for the kids. I didn’t like paying separately for the only two parking spaces that we were allowed( we had a 3rd vehicle and had to park in a church parking lot the whole trip). Overall it is was a great place to stay and we’d stay there again!

Great for our group

We took a group of seniors for spring break. This place was perfect for that. It’s nice but not so nice that you’re worried about messing things up. A few things didn’t work (ice maker) but no biggie. 5th floor is great bc you’re not waiting forever for the elevator. Surprised that I didn’t hear much of anything from neighbors.

Nice place- needs a little TLC

Very nice condo in a very nice building. Great pools and access to the beach. It’s on the 5 th floor which allows you to park on the corresponding parking deck and avoid the always crowded elevators. As with most beach condos, the floors could use a good mopping between guests instead of just sweeping. The TV in the master suite, the ice maker in the bar, and the coffee pot were all not working. We did not contact management since we were only going to be there three days, so I can’t comment on their response time. I would stay there again.

Not satisfied

The condo was not clean. Showers were rusted and leaked on the floor. There were fingerprints all over the TV, food smudges on the couches, sticky black film on the floors. Overall the facility was great, but the room was filthy.
