Välkommen till Phoenix West II, Unit 2308! Vid incheckningen är det bekräftat att du gjort rätt val. Koppla av i detta 3 sovrum / 4 badrum, nästan 2000 kvm professionellt inredda lägenhet. Den söderläge vardagsrummet har golv till tak fönster som visar miles av vit sandstrand och oändliga utsikt över bukten. Den stora balkongen ger både inspirerande soluppgångar och livfulla solnedgångar.

Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng och en 55 "HD väggmonterad flatscreen-TV. Befälhavaren bad har dubbla handfat (inklusive hårtork), jacuzzi badkar, fristående dusch och en stor klädkammare. Både 2: a och 3: e sovrummen är utrustade med två (2) queen size-sängar och en 42 "HD väggmonterad flatscreen-TV. 2: a och 3: e sovrummen har också sina egna angränsande badrum med en handfat (inklusive hårtork) och ett kombinationsbad / dusch. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som ger sovande rum för totalt 12 personer. Gästerna kan också njuta av badrummet utanför huvudgatan (som inkluderar en fristående dusch och tillgång till fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare).

Det välutrustade köket har uppgraderats till att omfatta bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror och en våtbar / ismaskin. Ett stort matbord (w / sittplatser för 6) samt 4 barstolar ger gott om sittplatser medan du äter middag. Vacker kakel hela (ingen matta). Dessutom kan du använda 60-tums HD-plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet, internetansluten Blu-ray-spelare, satellitprogrammering och höghastighets WiFi, så att du kan vara så ansluten som du vill vara.

Ta ett dopp i den stora badringar, medan barnen tillbringa timmar att njuta av vattenrutschbana. Den uppvärmda inomhuspoolen är perfekt för de svalare dagar. Nära inomhuspoolen hittar fyra badtunnor !! Du har täckt parkering i garaget. Det finns en toppmodern gym på 15: e våningen med fantastisk utsikt över stranden och ytterligare två badtunnor och bastu på 14: e våningen!

Relaxing Christmas Break

Our family had a great time at Orange Beach this week. The condo was perfect for us. We found it was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues all week. Since it was a little cool we put the indoor pool and hot tubs to good use. The view of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to this area again.

The view from the balcony is a great one. 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed the air conditioning did not work. After the first night we called and were told the maintenance man had worked on it, so it worked again for one night and then went out again the last day of our stay.

Fabulous September vacation 2023

We are a group of college friends from 1966-67 get together and have stayed here for 3 or 4 years. The condo is equipped with everything needed and everybody has there own bed. The gulf view is perfect to watch dolphins early in the morning. Even saw a shark this time. The lazy river is so relaxing and always the highlight of our stay. Julia is the greatest with reservation handling.

This was inconvenient and unnecessary. The pool had so much chlorine! The first 5 days of our stay, you couldn’t see your legs in the pool. They finally emptied the pool and the water was clear. The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone could need.

Great family get a away

We took our married children and 4 month old granddaughter on our annual family vacation. The beach in October is wonderful. This condo was everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of room to spread out and have space without being on top of each other, but still be together. Clean, decorated nicely. The master bed was a little too soft for my husband and me, but we still slept very well. Stay here, you’ll love it!

Sisters Retreat

This is a Very Beautiful property with great amenities. Lots of space to relax and enjoy😊. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The 🛌 mattress were a little too soft and squeaky. The beach 🏖 was beautiful except for lots and lots of seaweed. We were able to see dolphins and sharks in the water from our balcony. Overall We enjoyed Ourselves😃

Would stay again if options were limited

The view and location were really great. We were disappointed that the TV did not work despite 3 adults best troubleshooting efforts and following the guide that was provided. The owners would be better off getting a Roku or comparative device than satellite. Also, there is no service in the condo due to the concrete as far as I understood, but I haven’t had this issue in the past and we come annually to other condos in the same area. There was sand on the bathroom floors when we arrived and a blanket wadded up in the closet which hadn’t been washed. There was limited supplies In the condo so make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. I didn’t knock off a star for this part because it may have been in the listing. I couldn’t remember; but something helpful to know ahead of time. Several of the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and not able to be used. This is a safety issue with little kids because my daughter almost injured her fingers. The toilet seat in one bathroom was very loose which would have been noticed when it was cleaned. One towel rack kept falling apart in a bathroom so we couldn’t use it because I was afraid it would break and I’d have to pay to fix it. I deducted a star because none of these things are a big deal by themselves, but together it got really annoying every time there was something else, especially with a toddler in the house. Also, with the cost of the condo I had higher expectations on things like this. Overall I would stay again if I had limited options since the location was good and it was pretty clean. The owners should really visit the condo and take a close look at everything. Most stuff is easy and cheap to fix.
