Great stay! Lazy River is always awesome, included beach chair rental is wonderful to have. Loved having a crockpot in the unit for easy dinners.

Great stay

The location was great, the condo was clean, and there were several bonuses inside and out of the property. Would reccomend this location and would stay there again if we are in the area!

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our long weekend family getaway. The beach service was so convenient. The pools were awesome. The condo is walking distance from many attractions including several restaurants, arcades and mini golf, and is next door to a boat rental service, which was also great for checking out nearby Crab Island and exploring the bay. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway!!!

Brought the family to Destin West for the first time. Beach was nice - but the pool and lazy River was relaxing. Great view of bay from unit - great location on island- easy walk to restaurants from condo - quiet and just relaxing resort. Will plan to go back again.

Beautiful Property and Location

Great experience from 1st booking until checkout! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and excellently decorated. Owners were quick to respond to questions. We will definitely keep this place on our short list of vacation destinations!

Kids loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin West. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own TV, the fish pillows, and the lazy river. My husband and I loved the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. It was nice having beach service with our chairs ready and waiting for us each day of our stay. The condo was well furnished, and we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a great trip!!

So glad you had a good time. The beach chairs and umbrella make the walk to the beach so easy. We decorated the bunk room for the kids, but grown ups can enjoy the fish pillows too. Hope you'll be back again.

July stay

We loved the pool and the area . The only complaint would be the master bedroom smelled a bit cigarette smokey . We washed the sheets right away so that was fine . Other then that it was great!

I wish we had known about this issue earlier. This is is strictly a NON smoking unit. If this is the fault of the previous guests or the cleaning crew, we need to know immediately so we can investigate. We have replaced our cleaning crew so if that was the source, it will not happen again. Always let us know of issues!

Amazing rental

Everything was how I needed it to be. Great view of pool, lazy river, and gulf! Easy beach access. The atmosphere of being outside on the balcony was superb. Felt as though I lived there. We did not want to leave. Definitely will book again. Hopefully soon!

Great Stay at Pelican 504!

We stayed in Pelican 504 the week of July 11th and had a great time! I stayed with just me and my two daughters and the condo worked out perfect. The location was great with a handful of places to eat and shops within walking distance. The beach service was a lifesaver and so easy to use! My girls LOVED the lazy river! It’s a great place for families to stay. There may be a few minor things in the condo that could use some updating, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again! And the owners were great at communicating and the check in was a breeze!
