Property was very nice and very clean. As described. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only disappointed we had to leave early due to severe weather. We highly recommend and will be back!

We usually stay on 30A but decided to switch it up this year and had a great time! Condo was exactly as described, very clean, and perfect size for our family of 5. Pools and balconies were great, and easy walk to beach across the bridge. Lots to do in surrounding area as well. I highly recommend staying at 601 Sandpiper!

My wife and I loved our stay with our six-year-old son. We spent half our days at the beach and the other half enjoying the pool and lazy river. Several restaurants are within a short walk, though they are a little pricey, which we expected. There’s also a convenience store right next door that was great for grabbing snacks, drinks, and quick microwave meals.Our favorite quiet time was sitting on the bedroom balcony with coffee and watching the sunrise. It was the perfect way to start the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return.

Condo was spotless and smelled clean when we came in. Everything worked well and the 2 balconies made for amazing views! It was at the end of the hall so it was quiet. It was quite a bit further from the beach than expected. Only one elevator was working the entire time so that made for some delays. Pretty close to everything. And the pool was a great amenity at the end of the beach day. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The host sent us plenty of information and was happy to answer questions. They were out of town during our stay so they provided an additional contact in case of emergency. This was the perfect stay to celebrate our daughters' 10th birthday! We would definitely stay again!

Secluded unit in the crowded complex. We enjoyed beautiful view every day. So much fun with kiddo we had at the lazy river pool and spacious hot tubs, while hubby caught fish and crabs at the bay. We walked multiple times a day across the bridge to the actual beach, don’t forget to grab your chairs and umbrella.

Perfect family stay in Fort Walton

This was the perfect little place to stay for our family of 4 while on vacation. It was clean and in a great location to enjoy the beach and had multiple pools for the kiddos to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and informative and we would stay with them again.

Great Resort and Location

First time staying at Destin West and we were very happy! Great location near many attractions, and the pools onsite are awesome. My family enjoyed the condo which was well furnished/stocked and very clean.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Appreciated the amenities provided at the condo-especially the washer/dryer & gym. Location was convenient to Destin, shopping, and grocery stores. Beach was a 10ish min walk.

Great location, good views, very clean

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice and clean and well furnished with good views from both balconies. Location was convenient for the gate pool.
