Mitt hem byggdes i början av 1900-talet och har totalrenoverats under de senaste åren. Strukturen är ett fristående enfamiljshus (inte ett stadshus eller lägenhet). När jag inte hyr, bor jag i den här egenskapen så du kommer att upptäcka att jag erbjuder mycket mer av vad du kan förvänta dig att hitta i ditt eget hem (serveringsstycken, gott om matlagningsmaterial, kryddor, brädspel, filmer, etc.) .

Mitt hem har 2 sovrum (1 king size-säng, 1 drottning och en tvåbäddsrullsäng (för en 5: e gäst)), 2 fulla bad (ett upp och ett ner), vardagsrum, matsal som är öppen för köket, wifi och kabel. Bakgården har en uteplats, matplats, grill, eldstad och helt inhägnad gård.

Husdjur accepteras från fall till fall med en extra avgift ($ 150 husdjur avgift).

Wonderful Gem in my favorite part of Columbus

This was our first time staying in German Village. Tina’s home is so beautifully remodeled and the decor is just so charming, it made us feel like we were home. It had everything we needed and was so close to great restaurants and made us feel like we were back in Boston or Salem, Mass. We loved the cobble streets, sidewalks and Schiller park , half a block away. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Columbus!!!

Perfect location

I loved that the property was dog friendly, the lady next door with the poodles was SUPER nice. It was a great location for my visit, I was there to visit a friend and to see a concert and it worked out perfect!

Very beautiful place. Have everything you need for a stay. Cookware, chairs, lawn chairs etc. Very clean and decorated. Plenty of parking in a very quiet neighborhood. Strongly recommended.

Great House, Great Location!

The house is nicely updated, equipped, and located perfectly to experience the best of German Village. Walk to beautiful Schiller Park (end of street) and many nice restaurants. Owner/manager was readily accessible and a pleasure to work with.

Lovely Home

From the minute we arrived, til the moment we left this place it was perfect! Tina was available for questions and was most gracious. We were here for a cheer comp at the expo center. The location was close (a 7 min drive), just the best place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely come back when we can enjoy the outdoor patio area, drink some wine, and enjoy spring weather instead of cold & rain! Cozy, super clean & fabulous home!

German Village Getaway

Immaculate well stocked and beautifully decorated home. This historic home is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops In Columbus German Village. Looking forward to staying again when weather is warmer so we can walk everywhere. Very friendly neighborhood too.

Wonderful place. wonderful location!

As a business person who travels extensively, i have literally stayed in more than 100 homeaway or other air bnb’s. This place is clean, interesting, artistic; The process is organized and simple, the amenities exactly what you need. We will stay here when travel calls us to Columbus.

Excellent, charming

This place was so clean, check in easy and owner Tina was accommodating and pleasant. Her two dogs Milo and Maggie visited us outside and although we welcomed them, Tina made sure to send them back to her if they got in our way. Patio was relaxing too and plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, etc along with paper products, towels and linens. Thanks again Tina, Milo and Maggie!!

Amazing house. Recommend for everyone! Came in for Husbands 60 th Birthday! Ohio State and Penn State game. Short drive to stadium. Short walk to great restaurants. Hated to leave.

Love the Location

Our family flew into Columbus for a wedding. Our niece recommended this area because it was close to her home and the wedding venue. We really liked the decor and styling of this property and chose it because it had two full bathrooms (when most two bedrooms in the area only had one bath). Definite plus. The location is close to a lovely park where we walked often. We had a rental car and found it easy to get into downtown within 10-15 minutes. Love the location.

Excellent experience in Columbus

Although they are available separately, we rented both the main house and the carriage house for an intergenerational family gathering. Both are beautiful properties, modern and updated, and very comfortable. Owner Tina was quickly available for any questions we had, and she is the perfect host. The location down the street from the outstanding Schiller Park is exceptional, and we were able to walk to several quality restaurants. Having a fenced yard for our pup was a major plus! We will be staying here again when back in Columbus.

Poor Check-In

Everything was fine except for the property manager or owner at the last moment giving us a different property than the one we had booked. The combination lock was not programmed and we found ourselves standing out in the cold trying to reach her. The property that we ended up staying in was nice but it was not the carriage house we had booked.

Another Great Stay in the German Village

We normally stay in the carriage house of Tina's German Village property, and this year we tried the main house. It was every bit of German Village charm we could ask for, along with easy access to Fox in the Snow, Schiller Park, and a quick jog to the highway for local travels. The house was clean,and Tina is always responsive for any questions.

German Village townhome

This townhome is very close to German Village in Columbus. It’s very walkable to many locations. I even visited the farmers market on Saturday which was cute. I rented this property to attend my son’s graduation from Ohio State. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was a nice choice over a hotel since we had several generations of family staying. We had four people and there was plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Thanks Tina for providing us a nice place to stay.
