This unique, charming villa is located in KruĆĄevo, a village near Zadar where the remains of a Roman city can still be seen today. Today, KruĆĄevo is known for its clean and untouched beaches, which guests can explore and use the healing mud on some of these beaches. This villa with a swimming pool in KruĆĄevo is the perfect choice for guests who like walking or cycling - there are many bike paths and walkways at their disposal. Nearby are some of the biggest Croatian pearls, such as the Zrmanja River, which offers real adrenaline-pumping pleasures in untouched nature, such as rafting.
The entire villa is air-conditioned and has an excellent wi-fi network and consists of three bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a living room, an open dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to eight people, and guests don't have to worry about parking - they have a private parking lot in front of the villa. Guests will love the terrace, which contains a large table with benches and a fireplace where they can prepare Dalmatian specialties. From the terrace, you can go directly to the nearby beach and jump into the crystal clear sea, which is a special experience, especially after enjoying a cup of coffee on the sunny balcony. From the balcony guests can watch the spectacular sunset, which is said to be the most beautiful in Zadar. Summer nights will enchant guests - clear starry sky, fresh air and pleasant lighting of the swimming pool in the paved garden give a special atmosphere.
