Det bästa strandvärdet på östkusten! Denna Pelican Point Villa är perfekt för en lugn bortflykt eller en familjesammanträde på stranden. Det fyra sovrum, tre badrum, 2000 sf hus sover tio i två King sängar, en drottning säng, två enkelsängar och en utdragbar drottning bäddsoffa. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, parkering under hus, öppen spis och utomhusdusch. Gourmetköket totalrenoverades 2008 och är utrustat med allt du behöver. Alla badrum har nyligen renoverats.

Detta hem levereras komplett med barnstol och pack-n-play, strandstolar, leksaker, alla sängkläder, tre TV-apparater med videobandspelare, stereo och gratis trådlöst internet. Varje uthyrning inkluderar ett fordonskort och full användning av Beach and Racquet Club (en pool i olympisk storlek, barnpool, gym, tennisbanor, lekplats, sandvolleyboll och basket).

Pelican Point är bara en rad bred, så den avskärmade verandan vetter mot havet för underbara soluppgångar och den öppna verandan vetter mot träsket för färgglada solnedgångar. Strax utanför ytterdörren finns en strandpromenad som leder till en privat, orolig strand som sträcker sig i två och en halv mil. Great location, next to walkway to the beach. Sunrise views and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The community pool club and basketball courts were excellent. Our dogs loved the beach too.

Relaxing family vacation

This was one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the close beach access, the view from the master bathroom as well as the screen porch. Fran is a wonderful host and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Amazing place

Everything was perfect. It was great for the whole family grandparents, adult children and kids. Location was perfect and the rental had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Christmas at Harbor Island

Property was in excellent shape. Very clean property. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and casserole dishes. We even baked cookies! Nice kettle grill outside. Quiet neighborhood. Nice views of the beach and marsh. Fran was helpful and check-in was easy. Would consider staying again for a beach trip.

Fantastic!

The property had everything needed. Fran is the best host I have ever experienced. We all had a wonderful time enjoyed the nature(alligators, bunny rabbits and deer), pool, and beach at Hunting Island. Will definitely stay again

Fantastic Property

Fran was a wonderful host! She was very responsive to all questions that I had. She has the house stocked with everything you could ever think of for the beach (the kitchen, for dogs, beach toys and chairs, etc). We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to be able to come back again!

Highly Recommend!!!

Fantastic rental! Fran treated us like family and even had special treats for us and our Westie! We were there for graduation at Parris Island and it was perfect. Took 35 minutes to get to the MCRD both mornings by 5:45am. She was so sweet to our Marine after as well. Book an extra day after so you can relax and truly enjoy this wonderful rental and the sand dunes and beach out the back door.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Pelican Point had everything that we were looking for in a family vacation rental. Situated next to the boardwalk to the beach, it allowed us frequent access for sand and water play as well as surf fishing. Anything that we wanted (and more) for the beach was stored under the house, ready for us to load the wagon and go. Inside the house, there was plenty of space for our family, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and having the laundry room allowed us to pack lighter. Whether staying on Harbor Island or exploring Hunting Island State Park and the nearby barrier islands, Pelican Point was perfect for our family; we look forward to returning to Pelican Point for our next coastal vacation!

South Harbor Island Rd beach house

We had a very nice stay with the family and grand kids (1, 2 years old). The beach was quite calm so it was easy for the little girls. The house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The kitchen was extremely well supplied and the appliances were in great shape. Very nice refrigerator. All the furniture was in great shape. Two things that I found most helpful were: 1. the house itself was quite clean and free from the usual accumulation of rental property dust (no issues with allergies amongst us), and 2. the beds were in great shape (no sagging mattresses so we all slept great). Thanks for a great time.

Pelican Point

Perfect location for laid-back beach lovers! House is right beside the sidewalk to the beach! Within walking distance to the pool! Fantastic view of beach from upstairs bedroom and you can watch the sun come up from both beach-fronted bedrooms! Very nice house with plenty of room! Host supplies plenty of beach supplies - towels, toys, floats, etc. Kitchen has great abundance of any kind of cooking utensil/appliance you may need! Our host, Fran, was immediately attentive to a small snafu in the kitchen and issue was resolved within just a couple of hours. Thanks, Fran! Surf is a bit too calm for older kids, but a pass is supplied for Hunting Island which is only a 5 minute drive down the coast. Plenty of waves there! Lovely area. Great house!

Great house and location. Needs some updatesa

This house is great! The proximity to the boardwalk to the beach was fantastic, especially since my Mother in law is handicapped and needs a wheeled walker. The house is laid out well and the owner has the kitchen and baths exceptionally stocked! Everything we could need to cook in every meal. Beds were okay with plenty of very nice and comfortable pillows. The house itself was very clean, kitchen, all bathrooms and main areas were clean. Now the one negative was we immediately noticed an odor and at first just thought it was where the house had been closed up then found that it was coming from the couch and 2 chairs in the living room. These pieces of furniture were worn very bad and were very dirty. The pull-out couch in the upstairs bed room was in the same condition. They were all uncomfortable and overall dirty. I also think that if a house that accommodated 8 adults should have comfortable seating for 8 in the main living room (only living room) We couldn’t all sit and watch the basketball tournaments together. This is a simple and relatively inexpensive fix for this otherwise fantastic house

One of the finest rentals at the beach.

This house is beautiful; the rooms are spacious; the dining table will accommodate everyone with a breakfast counter to boot. The kitchen has updated granite counters and a huge double door refrigerator with pull out freezer drawer to hold all your summertime favorites. What a pleasant surprise to find such a well stocked pantry with spices, condiments, basics and more. The many kitchen utensils are good quality, heavy stainless steel, non-stick cookware, spatulas, flippers, serving spoons, scissors, several sets of dishes, glasses and cups, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, large crockpot, platters.......just about anything the cook will need! And the laundry room is just as well stocked along with a state-of-the-art washer and dryer. There is an abundance of nice towels, lots of beach stuff for the kiddies along with a wagon to pull it in, not to mention the crab nets. The location is ideal as well with a boardwalk to the beach right off the back deck. We enjoyed seeing the abundance of wildlife native to Harbor Island. I brought home some fabulous pictures and made some memories that will last a lifetime. I cannot say enough about this fabulous house. Fran has thought of everything including a chilled bottle of wine ready when you arrive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Powell Family Vacation

Fran provided everything we needed for a great stay for the week. She went above and beyond for us. She answered quickly every time I messaged her from prior to the trip and during. She is a lovely lady. The home was plenty big enough for our family of seven adults, three children, and two dogs. The island is beautiful. The one thing we weren't used to is the high and low tide difference on the island. My husband and I enjoyed walking out during low tide one time in the evening. That was pretty neat. We used the SC park pass to Hunting Island State Park and spent a lot of time over there. We preferred that beach over Harbor Island due to the waves and ability to still be in the ocean at low tide without having the mud. It was no problem to drive over there as it is so close. We enjoyed Beaufort, some traveled to Tybee, and Port Royal for a lovely dinner at Fishcamp. Fran recommended Fishcamp and it did not disappoint. The mosquitoes and flies were determined, but so was our bug spray. We did spray ourselves almost every time we went outside. Make sure you bring good bug spray and you won't have to worry about them. There is also a beautiful screened in back porch. The locals did tell us the fruit on the fruit trees this year is what caused so many bugs as it's usually not this bad. Overall we had an amazing vacation. Thank you, Fran!

Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful experience at Harbor Island. Pelican Pointe was clean and host was easy to contact if needed. Would definitely go back. Wonderful memories made.

Our Stay at Pelican Point

Great vacation home with close beach access. Ideal home with all the amenities you can think of, beautiful views of the ocean and marsh, very clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend this home and hope to vacation here again in the future.

Our favorite area to stay!

Fran was amazing and the place is perfect for little ones! The beach is filled with life and things to explore! We had our grand kids 2 & 4 with us. The shore is shallow a LONG LONG way out and was perfect for them to play in. My only regret was not having that glass of wine with Fran! Next time my friend!!

Excellent Location

First and foremost Fran is a wonderful host - she was not only very easy to talk with via email but also in person. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her and her thoughtfulness of a welcome gift to her well appointed home. Everything we needed was available for our use, including but not limited to towels, both bath and beach, linens on all the beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, if they had been needed. Plus the water was very drinkable so we didn't need to purchase any, always a plus in my book. The amenities within the community were wonderful as well, we spent as much time down at the pickleball courts and pool as we did on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, really we couldn't have asked for a better place for our annual family vacation and we certainly will be counting the days until we can return, next year.

Fabulous location

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 toddlers!!! The location could not have been any better and the house was well stocked with everything. We will definitely rent this house again. The beach area and pool were great for all our littles also.

Awesome Location

My family enjoyed our first time staying on Harbor Island. Fran & Dennis really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The unit was full of supplies to make our stay so enjoyable! Kitchen was absolutely best stocked of any rental we have had. We used the Hunting Island Pass Fran made available to enjoy the beach/park a couple days while there. We enjoyed visiting the lighthouse area at Hunting Island which brought back many happy memories of visiting as a teen. Habor Island is a beautiful island that is well maintained and very clean! Traffic was almost none existent once in the gate. Such a wonderful time of making memories with family! Would definitely recommend Pelican Point for a fantastic vacation spot!
