Great experience! The house was in a great location, beautiful views, kitchen well stocked, accommodated 7 adults and an infant comfortably. Fran made sure we knew she was just around the corner and always available!

We had a lovely stay at Fran’s place! Nice to have 4 bedrooms and beach chairs and towels available for use. We loved the ease of check in and location of the property. The best sunrise viewing!!

Great location, next to walkway to the beach. Sunrise views and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The community pool club and basketball courts were excellent. Our dogs loved the beach too.

Our Stay at Pelican Point

Great vacation home with close beach access. Ideal home with all the amenities you can think of, beautiful views of the ocean and marsh, very clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend this home and hope to vacation here again in the future.

Relaxing trip, perfect location!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay on Harbor and Pelican Point was a wonderful location! House was well stocked and comfortable for our party! Definitely will be back!

Great place for family with kids

Was perfect house for our family. Location was quiet and easy access to beach. Had fun fishing crabbing and seeing baby turtles go to sea. Also pool facilities are great/

Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful experience at Harbor Island. Pelican Pointe was clean and host was easy to contact if needed. Would definitely go back. Wonderful memories made.

Amazing place

Everything was perfect. It was great for the whole family grandparents, adult children and kids. Location was perfect and the rental had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Relaxing family vacation

This was one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the close beach access, the view from the master bathroom as well as the screen porch. Fran is a wonderful host and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Fabulous location

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 toddlers!!! The location could not have been any better and the house was well stocked with everything. We will definitely rent this house again. The beach area and pool were great for all our littles also.

Rustic beauty

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The island is delightful to drive around on golf cart and enjoy. The house we stayed in was perfect for families with dogs. LOVED the ocean view screened porch.

Fantastic location, fantastic vacation

Pelican Point is our favorite location on Harbor Island! This rental had everything we needed (outdoor equipment, spices, towels, sunscreen, etc.) and the communication was fantastic. Absolutely 5 stars

Great house overall!!! We were extremely satisfied with the location to the beach and pool. House was really stocked well. Half of the stuff we brought was already there. Family of 4 adults and 4 children 7yo and under.

Property was as described and pictured. Convenient to the beach and quiet. Every you need for beach vacation is provided. Responsiveness and communication with the owner was major plus. Recommend as ideal for family vacation getaway

Family vacation

We had a great vacation with famIly from 29 to 91. Relaxing location and very well equipped home. Everything we needed in the kitchen, for the beach and for the dogs. Fran was super helpful.

Perfect family spot for memories

We relaxed, we enjoyed alot of family time. Quiet neighborhood, private beach. I liked how the ocean seemed to have mood swings, everyday it was different never noticed that from other places I've been to. I definitely plan to go again!

The property had everything needed. Fran is the best host I have ever experienced. We all had a wonderful time enjoyed the nature(alligators, bunny rabbits and deer), pool, and beach at Hunting Island. Will definitely stay again

Nice Place!

Property was very nice and clean. I liked how the property is on the end and close to boardwalk so no golf cart needed. We enjoyed the birds and natural environment. The house was fully furnished and owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!
