Det bÀsta strandvÀrdet pÄ östkusten! Denna Pelican Point Villa Àr perfekt för en lugn bortflykt eller en familjesammantrÀde pÄ stranden. Det fyra sovrum, tre badrum, 2000 sf hus sover tio i tvÄ King sÀngar, en drottning sÀng, tvÄ enkelsÀngar och en utdragbar drottning bÀddsoffa. Fullt utrustat kök, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, parkering under hus, öppen spis och utomhusdusch. Gourmetköket totalrenoverades 2008 och Àr utrustat med allt du behöver. Alla badrum har nyligen renoverats.

Detta hem levereras komplett med barnstol och pack-n-play, strandstolar, leksaker, alla sÀngklÀder, tre TV-apparater med videobandspelare, stereo och gratis trÄdlöst internet. Varje uthyrning inkluderar ett fordonskort och full anvÀndning av Beach and Racquet Club (en pool i olympisk storlek, barnpool, gym, tennisbanor, lekplats, sandvolleyboll och basket).

Pelican Point Àr bara en rad bred, sÄ den avskÀrmade verandan vetter mot havet för underbara soluppgÄngar och den öppna verandan vetter mot trÀsket för fÀrgglada solnedgÄngar. Strax utanför ytterdörren finns en strandpromenad som leder till en privat, orolig strand som strÀcker sig i tvÄ och en halv mil. Harbour Island ligger bredvid Hunting Island State Park och inom en kort bilresa frÄn historiska Beaufort och Parris Island. Charleston och Savannah Àr tillrÀckligt nÀra för dagsutflykter.

Great location, next to walkway to the beach. Sunrise views and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The community pool club and basketball courts were excellent. Our dogs loved the beach too.

Our Stay at Pelican Point

Great vacation home with close beach access. Ideal home with all the amenities you can think of, beautiful views of the ocean and marsh, very clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend this home and hope to vacation here again in the future.

Beach Getaway

Our favorite area to stay!

Fran was amazing and the place is perfect for little ones! The beach is filled with life and things to explore! We had our grand kids 2 & 4 with us. The shore is shallow a LONG LONG way out and was perfect for them to play in. My only regret was not having that glass of wine with Fran! Next time my friend!!

Fabulous location

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 toddlers!!! The location could not have been any better and the house was well stocked with everything. We will definitely rent this house again. The beach area and pool were great for all our littles also.

Relaxing family vacation

This was one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed at. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the close beach access, the view from the master bathroom as well as the screen porch. Fran is a wonderful host and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Amazing place

Pelican Point is our favorite location on Harbor Island! This rental had everything we needed (outdoor equipment, spices, towels, sunscreen, etc.) and the communication was fantastic. Absolutely 5 stars

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The island is delightful to drive around on golf cart and enjoy. The house we stayed in was perfect for families with dogs. LOVED the ocean view screened porch.

Excellent Location

First and foremost Fran is a wonderful host - she was not only very easy to talk with via email but also in person. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her and her thoughtfulness of a welcome gift to her well appointed home. Everything we needed was available for our use, including but not limited to towels, both bath and beach, linens on all the beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, if they had been needed. Plus the water was very drinkable so we didn't need to purchase any, always a plus in my book. The amenities within the community were wonderful as well, we spent as much time down at the pickleball courts and pool as we did on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, really we couldn't have asked for a better place for our annual family vacation and we certainly will be counting the days until we can return, next year.

Christmas at Harbor Island

Property was in excellent shape. Very clean property. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and casserole dishes. We even baked cookies! Nice kettle grill outside. Quiet neighborhood. Nice views of the beach and marsh. Fran was helpful and check-in was easy. Would consider staying again for a beach trip.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation with famIly from 29 to 91. Relaxing location and very well equipped home. Everything we needed in the kitchen, for the beach and for the dogs. Fran was super helpful.

Fantastic!

The property had everything needed. Fran is the best host I have ever experienced. We all had a wonderful time enjoyed the nature(alligators, bunny rabbits and deer), pool, and beach at Hunting Island. Will definitely stay again

Perfect family spot for memories

We relaxed, we enjoyed alot of family time. Quiet neighborhood, private beach. I liked how the ocean seemed to have mood swings, everyday it was different never noticed that from other places I've been to. I definitely plan to go again!

Nice Place!

Property was very nice and clean. I liked how the property is on the end and close to boardwalk so no golf cart needed. We enjoyed the birds and natural environment. The house was fully furnished and owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!
