Behind the therme of Bibione, about 900 meters from the beach and a few minutes from the main points of interest in the place of Bibione, is this charming village of 16 terraced houses on two levels.
In the area behind the Bibione Spiaggia therme, there is the delightful portion of a terraced villa divided into two levels as an option for summer stays. A complete holiday home from all points of view, one of the 16 residential units of this compact family village, with a wonderful oval swimming pool and well-distributed common areas.
Crossing the private porch garden you enter in the living area of ââthe villa distributed on the ground floor, here there is the complete kitchen, dining table with six seats and the double sofa bed. An elegant solid wood staircase leads up to the sleeping area divided into two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Finally, the bathroom with skylight and the shower cabin.
The complex develops around the central garden, equipped with games for children and a beautiful oval swimming pool set in the verdant relaxation area composed with sunbeds.
The villas consist of three-room living area identical to each other, all equipped with large porticoed terraces, real outdoor lounges equipped with garden furniture. In addition, all units have unlimited Wi-Fi connection and private parking space in the car parking area of ââthe residential complex.
