En härlig lägenhet med självhushåll ligger på andra våningen (femton steg upp) i en karakteristisk byggnad i Venedig, nära av biennalen International Art Exhibition: det är helt ny och väl upplyst med helt nya möbler. Denna lägenhet består av ett gott vardagsrum med träbjälkar, en fullt tillhörande vinkel för matlagning och ett dubbelrum; Det har ett nytt badrum med dusch och det finns en dubbel bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Gratis tillgång till internet WiFi är tillgänglig. Det finns stora, ljusa fönster i hela lägenheten.
Fönstren i vardagsrummet och inför en liten venetiansk torg i stadsdelen heter Castello. Området är ganska och mycket lätt att nå, eftersom det är bara några minuter från vaporetto hållplats "Giardini", ingen bro passera för att komma till. I närheten finns gatan "Via Garibaldi" full av välsorterad butik, barer, restauranger. Den offentliga vattenbusshållplatsen ("Giardini") är mycket viktig: många linjer stannar där (nummer 1-2-4 1-4 2-5 1-5 2-6-N nattlinjen....) Och försäkra alla länken i Venedig och för de andra öarna (Murano, Burano, etc.). Lägenheten består av 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett stort vardagsrum med en möblerad pentry och en dubbel bäddsoffa och badrum (med dusch). Självservering.

Om den platta ...: Denna lägenhet är idealisk för människor som söker en romantisk och kulturell semester i Venedig. Du kan enkelt gå till Markusplatsen och intressanta platser i staden från den här platsen, men långt från bullriga turist håll. Ståndpunkten är förtrollande, nära till "Giardini" vatten busshållplats (2 stationer efter San Marco), och även lätt att nå Lido stranden. Mycket nära hittar Via Garibaldi som är full av butiker av alla slag, barer, restauranger. Den Giardini (Gardens i Venedig) är kända för biennalen Art Exposition.

Everything It Said It Would Be

The place was just like the pictures said. Francesco met us at the water bus stop and carried the bag for my wife. He gave us lots of good info about our stay and made sure we could find our way around. It was absolutely great value for the money. The only change I would make would be to upgrade the sofa. There was lots of power outlets and kitchen stuff, We actually made dinner once, Can't recommend enough and we are cdertainly contemplating staying there again!

Giardini

Only a short hop from the centre, this a quiet area with lots of greenery. Theee's even a nearby pond with a couple of coy carp and a family of terrapins.The flat was well equipped and not far from a main street with a selection of shops shops.sandlccacafes

Perfect Venice Apartment

A friend and I stayed in this apartment for a week while we attended the Biennale. It was the perfect location. The owner, Francesco was the most accommodating host. He met us at the dock so he could walk us to the property and introduce us to all of the appliances and neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as advertised and suited us well. The most unexpected pleasure was the neighborhood. It is not in the most touristy part of Venice so we had a lot of fun exploring our local shops and cafes and becoming 'regulars'. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If you like to walk, all the tourist attractions are and easy distance by foot, but the boat taxi is very close if you prefer. I would totally stay here again and have already recommended it to my friends.

Like feeling at home at Castello/Venice

Very comfortable cosy & well-furnished apartment in the lively neighbourhood of Via Garibaldi/Castello ( the nice and relaxed boulevard to stroll along for shopping, buying delicious venetian products for food supply or having a pause from nearby Biennale Exposiion in one of the small bars or restaurants aside.) We would like to thank Sig. F. Vianello, our friendly and caring host, once again who picked us up at Giardini/ Biennale on a heavily rainy morning to accompany us for the check-in. We appreciated very much one splendid week in Venice and felt like 'at home' in the quiet and well-equipped apartment.

Perfekter Venedigurlaub!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung um Venedig abseits der Touristenströme zu erkunden. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Giardini entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war optimal und wir haben alle Informationen zur Anreise erhalten und wurden dann sogar an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle abgeholt. Werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wonderful flat, wonderful location, wonderful owner

We stayed in the unit/flat twice this spring on two separate occasions. In summary, we highly recommend this unit/flat for a stay in Castello. The first stay was for 3+ weeks and the second stay was for 10 days. First, Francesco meets you at the Vaporetto stop, walks you to the unit, and then acquaints you with the unit. We have stayed at other units in other areas of Venice, and not that their property managers were unprofessional or bad, but Francesco is really unique and it gave both myself and my wife an extra sense of satisfaction with the unit/flat and the whole process. The unit/flat is accurate as described. Everything worked and we didn't have any problems with anything. The location, at least for us, was ideal. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Only a few footsteps away is the main walking street in Castello (Via Guiseppe Garibaldi). The restaurants are good, the people friendly, and there is a grocery store (Coop) close by. The other thing that made the location so ideal for us was that it was close to a few parks and green spaces, a rarity in Venice. We would highly recommend this unit/flat to anyone, and like already stated, Francesco is a wonderful owner and property manager.

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Venedig mitten unter den Einheimischen sehr genossen. Francesco war immer zur Verfügung und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit der Nutzung der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr geholfen!

Un appartement agréable pour visiter Venise à 2

Un séjour agréable dans un petit appartement très bien situé, bien équipé et proche des restaurants, de commerces, la poste et le vaporetto. Très calme et lumineux. Francesco est un hôte très attentionné. Juste à noter que l'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Perfection

Good communication from Francesco who arranged to meet us off the vaporetto from the train station. Apartment in a quiet area but very close to via Garibaldi for a co-op supermarket and restaurants etc. And also the vaporetto stop. Walking into St Mark's area took about 20 mins and was a change from taking the vaporetto. The apartment was very clean and well provisioned, up 3 flights of stairs. We had our introduction to the Italian garbage sorting system which Francesco explained to us! Bathroom was tiny with a compact shower, toilet, hand basin and bidet, but bedroom and living area were a reasonable size. We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Minimale ma completo

Premesso che eravamo a Venezia per lavoro e nell'appartamento abbiamo praticamente soltanto dormito, nulla però sembrava mancare per un soggiorno più completo. La zona è comodissima e fuori dal caos turistico. Via Garibaldi, vivace e fornita di tutto era dietro l'angolo. A chi non cerca lusso e particolare design degli ambienti consigliamo senz'altro questo appartamentino. Perfetto per una coppia. Host gentilissimi e disponibili.

Incredibly time in Venice

The week in Venice was great. Francesco made contact via WhatsApp right after booking. The check-in was very easy and personal: Francesco picked us up at Giardini Biennale station and explained in detail the way beforehand, with information about ticket and Waterbus lines. We were given a bottle of Venetian wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, very bright, very quiet, spacious for two people, very well equipped, very accessible by various waterbus lines. We had everything we needed. Supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafes are just around the corner. The residential area is very charming, close to the Biennale, less touristy, many locals. Francesco is a great host, always immediately available, very friendly and generous. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back soon. Gesa und Markus

Un bel endroit

Cet appartement confortable au 2e étage sans ascenseur est très bien placé dans un quartier calme près d’un grand parc. Propreté, gentillesse. Il y a à proximité des bons restaurants et plusieurs lignes de Vaporetto. La place St Marc est à 1/4h à pied.

Very pleasant stay and visit of the Time Space existence at the MOra and Bembo palaces, then a ballet inspired by Swan Lake at La Fenice, visit of the Guggenheim which is a concentrate of masterpieces and finally the Doge's Palace.

Urlaub in gemütlicher Wohnung in besonderer Stadt Stadt

Persönliche Begrüßung und Einführung durch Francesco, dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Er ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Ausstattung der Wohnung top, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht (WaMa, Küchenausstattung, Fön, Putz-, Wasch-, Spülmittel, Seife, super schnelles Wifi...) Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße, trotzdem Vaporetto-Station, Lebensmittelladen, Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.. Stauraum ein wenig knapp, Sofa nicht so gemütlich.
