Bekvämt från Santa Lucia Station och Piazzale Roma, ljusa, i en enda byggnad.
Andra våningen (40 steg totalt) mycket ljus, vilket inte är vanligt för Venedig. Kök utrustat för matlagning av kompletta gourmetmåltider.
Rialto marknaden i närheten för att återupptäcka nöjet att göra en riktig shopping av kvalitet färskt.

Stay in Venice, San Polo

We could not have asked for a better location or host for our stay. Sabina met us at the Piazzale Roma and helped us navigate the twists and turns to the apartment. We were tired and hungry from over night travel, and she got us a reservation for a lovely dinner. We brought our teen son for his first time, and the location was perfect for wandering, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was clean, had AC for the hot days, and a nice living room for what little time we spent there (awake). I truly hope to come back and stay for longer - like weeks, or maybe months!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!

Perfect location and accommodations for 3

Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see. The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off. The location was amazing with restaurants and groceries near by. We had a great 9 days in Venice. She

Fabulous host who met us at bus station and escorted us to apartment. Local market and restaurants just around corner! quiet yet convenient location. Super clean and cute. To American travelers -consider the bed extra extra firm. Overall would definitely stay again!!

Well located, walking distance to all the sights, and very comfortable and clean. Sabina was super helpful and kind in greeting us, guiding is to the apartment and explaining all the features to made our stay pleasant. Felt like a homey oasis.

San Polo, vivid and amiable

The BEST place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Knowing the host was waiting for us at the bus stop after a long day of travel helped immensely, and she walked through the apartment and answered all questions. Everything within the apartment was so well appointed and the space was a delight and comfortable. There was a grocery store steps from the door as well as two quality restaurants. What's also nice is the property is a quick walk to all the major sites. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Wonderful apartment and communication

Sabina is an amazing host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We were so grateful she met us at the train station as this was our first trip to Venice, and learning to navigate Venice takes some time! She also took time to show us her apartment and explained how everything works. She keeps it immaculately clean. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and loved the location. Fantastic Experience!!

What a fantastic property!! We stayed at Sabina and Marilena's apartment for 4 days in June 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located centrally to all the sites in Venice. It's very clean uncomfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciated Sabina's husband, Paulo, meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment and show us everything that we might need to know about the property. Communication with Sabina was so easy as she provided recommendations and got back to us right away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay in Venice

The apartment was in a terrific location for getting around to various museums and other attractions in Venice. It was also nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The three of us really enjoyed staying there. Sabina was a very good host; she came to the train station to guide us to the apartment and gave us a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment works.

Amazing hospitality and location

Sabina and Marilina's place was recommended by a friend who stayed recently and it was perfect for our trip to Venice. Sabina met us at the shuttle station, walked us in, showed us how Venice key locks work, took great care getting us oriented and was a pleasure from beginning to end. The home was so thoughtfully set up with everything we needed there, plus great directio and advice on our trip to Venice. I highly recommend staying here! XOXO

Wonderful Stay

We took the first leg of our honeymoon in Venice, and Sabine was the absolute best! She met us at the train station (even though our flight was delayed 3 hours). We were exhausted but felt right at home when we arrived. The home is quaint, good location, very safe, sunny, and had everything we needed. Sabine also provided recommendations and set us up to truly enjoy Venice. Highly recommend!!

Beyond Expectations

This apartment is a must is visiting Venice. The location is perfect, so close to everything, but not in the middle of the craziness, so you will get a good night sleep. Grocery store less than a minute walk, so we could make our own breakfasts and get snacks. Fully equipped with everything you may need. The best host we have ever experienced. Sabina met us a the water bus station and spent time explaining every detail to us. We cannot thank you enough Sabina. Say hi to your mom for us :)

Perfect location & helpful hosts!

Our stay in Venice could not have been better - especially as a result of the owner's assistance! They helped us with transportation and even provided a binder with many helpful tips about getting around, eating and shopping in Venice. The apartment is lovely, well outfitted, and very comfortable - perfect for the 3 of us! The central location was ideal for taking in all that the city has to offer. 5 stars from us!

Fantastic place to stay in Venice

We stayed at this apartment as part of an anniversary trip through Europe. The apartment is amazing, beautiful, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner provided directions and met us at the bus station. She showed us the apartment and provided maps, directions and options for our stay. Everyone of her recommendations were 5 star. We will absolutely come back just so we can stay here again!!!

A perfect stay!

We had such a good time in Sabina's apartment. Everything was well organized – our arrival, Sabina has been waiting for us at the train station – the apartment, well equipped and clean, even cookies and cool water were there, Sabina even provided a travel bed for our 1,5 year old kid – our stay, a quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner, and AC in every room! You really feel at home right away at this lovely place. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

This has been our family home and it is here that I have lived all my youth. You find it in the Historical Center of the City between Campo San Polo and the Gothic Frari Church. I'd like to share it with curious guests willing to appreciate a unique city in our world. My daughter, Sabina, who works in the field of tourism, as a tour guide, will be able to welcome you with all the necessary explanations and precious informations and advices on how to enjoy the city the most.
