This holiday flat is located on the third floor, to the rear and in a quiet location.
The 1-room holiday flat is for a maximum of two people, has a living space of approx. 23 mÂČ and consists of a living room, bedroom with pantry kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. The flat was renovated in 2014 and the furniture has been maintained and replaced since then. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room and bedroom are comfortably furnished with a double wardrobe bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with radio function, a 2-seater couch and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are not allowed.
There is a passenger lift in the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the basement (coin-operated). The flat is located directly in the city centre, in the pedestrian zone "StrandstraĂe". The building is next to the well-known 5-star luxury hotel "Stadt Hamburg". There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bus stop and taxi rank. The beach and the train station are only a few hundred metres away. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. There is a passenger lift in the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the basement (coin-operated). On request, a car park can be offered nearby (approx. 5 minutes on foot).

Note on the quiet location:The flat, which is very quiet for a city centre flat, is "hidden" on the side of the house facing away from the pedestrian zone towards the entrance to the underground car park in the inner courtyard. The window overlooks a wall belonging to another building, the entrance to the underground car park, the rear of the Hotel Stadt Hamburg and other buildings further away. The flat window cannot be seen from the outside, or only to a limited extent, which guarantees "maximum privacy". Note for holidays in the winter months:In the winter months outside the Christmas holidays there is usually a lot of construction activity in Westerland. Flats and houses are being prepared and renovated for the next spring and summer season. It cannot be ruled out that there may be construction activities in the flat house or in the neighbouring houses and thus possibly also noise disturbances. If you are interested in a specific period, you are welcome to ask whether construction work is known and whether the period could be affected. Note: The lift is currently (as of June 2025) defective, the administration is endeavouring to have it repaired as quickly as possible.
