The very beach-central holiday flats are in a prime location, approx. 50 metres from the side beach crossing in the area south of the Hotel Miramar. The main beach crossing FriedrichstraĂe in the area north of the Hotel Miramar is about 100 metres away. The house at MarienstraĂe 4 is behind the Hotel Miramar in the second or third row of the beach, depending on your point of view. A few metres away is the main pedestrian zone FriedrichtstraĂe with its many shops and restaurants. The railway station is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The 2024 fitted pantry kitchen is equipped with cupboards, an electric cooker, an automatic dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave. The living room and bedroom are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, 2 wicker armchairs and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
There is a passenger lift in the house.
The non-smoking beach flat for 2 people without pets is a renovated flat until the end of November 2023. A double bed with wardrobe has been installed and some of the electrics have been renewed. In addition, a new pantry kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher was installed.
The facade of the building itself was renovated in summer 2023, including insulation. Since this measure, the beach flat has triple glazing in the flat windows.
This family-run flat is a non-smoking property without pets.
The holiday property is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday property by 10:00 am at the latest.
