Apartment 'Nerja with View - Capistrano Playa' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday apartment "Nerja with view - Capistrano Playa " is located in Nerja and boasts a fantastic view of the sea. This apartment is found high above the Burriana Beach. The terrace baths in sun from morning to late evening.

The apartment is south facing and has a large terrace on 27m² awning available as sun protection. The private outdoor area includes an open terrace with a table and 4 chairs. There are also comfortable lounge chairs with 2 side tables, and two sunbeds. The terrace is private with few immediate neighbours

The area Capistrano Playa, in which the apartment is situated, is built in several storeys. It has a garden with an artificial lake with turtles, fishes and waterfalls. The stairs in the garden leads you down to the most visited beach, Burriana in Nerja. Five to ten minutes down the stairs you find the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is a large pool and baby pool in the area, close to the apartment with a snack bar. The pool is not open all year round.

The apartment on 63 m² is bright and airy, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Other equipment is a well-functioning Wi-Fi/internet, air-conditioning/heating in all rooms, a washing machine and  a TV. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. The apartment is smoke and animal free.

To walk to the town, Balcón de Europa it will take you  15 minutes from the beach. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the grocery stores. If you want you can take the bus to the town. If you come by car, you can park free on the street and in the garage.

Please note that you need to walk several stairs to access the beach. This area is not suitable for people with walking problems or disabilities.
