New Sa Torre is a modern design villa newly built, located in the residential coastal area Sa Torre, which belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor.
Exterior On the outside the area of 1035m2 is completely fenced with three terraces with a total of about 400m2, with garden furniture and a private pool (9 x 3,5 m / depth: 1,4 to 1,6 m) of salt water with sun- loungers and an outdoor shower. It has also an area for easy access for people with limited mobility and children, an exterior toilet, barbecue and parking for two cars. The house has also a mini golf for the enjoyment of the little ones. The walks through this area are relaxing with pure air and wonderful views over the sea and cliffs.
The interiors of the house are of highest quality and exclusive design. The stairs to access to the superior floor are an artwork within the architectural complex. The ground floor consists of an entrance distributor with stairs to floor and basement of 170m2, a living room with TV satellite, a dining room for 8 people, a fully furnished kitchen with its own TV, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a laundry room. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. Upstairs there is a distributor that with access to the main room of 45m2 with an amazing shower, a bathroom, a double bed, wardrobes and a terrace, as well as an office with WIFI. The house has parquet, air conditioning and central heating and besides video intercom.
This modern house is situated 225 meters from the cliffs with beautiful views to the bay of Palma. Sa Torre is a residential area and a summer resort of the coast very quiet. The calm is absolute in this house. The municipality of Llucmajor is situated in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged location in the Bay of Palma. The house is located only 18 km away from the airport.
