Coquettish and large Studio with mezzanine for 4-5 people with their feet in the water in COLLIOURE, in a quiet village house on the 2nd floor, in the centre of the village and the historic part of the town, 100 m from the shops and the sea. View of the tip of the beach from the French windows, access to the "faubourg" beach 100 m away.
This fully-equipped apartment was completely refurbished in early 2010 and comprises an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a modern Arthur Bonnet fitted and equipped kitchen with granite worktop, a multitude of cupboards, SEB electric induction hob with 2 burners, pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, microwave oven with grill, electric extractor hood, granite dining table, toilet with shower cubicle and tiled, enclosed WC. In the living room, colour TNT flat-screen TV, BZ 140 sofa bed for 2 people + 1 BZ 140 sofa bed on the mezzanine floor for a second bed for 2 people + 1 bed in a niche 80 cm wide for 1 person. Storage area, hoover, iron and ironing board. Surface area 36.54 m2.
