The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven, an electric kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. The living room has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV. Guests can take full advantage of high-speed Wi-fi Internet and such amenities as a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. There are also cosmetics set and towels for each of the guests..

The Old Market Square in Wrocław is only a 20-minute walk away, the Renoma (650 m) and Arkady Wrocławskie (450 m) shopping centers are within 5-8 minutes, and the Wrocław Opera (850 m) is within a 10-minute walk. The Wrocław Główny railway station is just a 6-minute walk away, and next to it there are also a bus station and the Wroclavia shopping center (650 m) with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The nearest shop is right across the street and in just 8 mins walk there is a larger supermarket called Biedronka.
