We’d also like to clarify a couple of the points you raised regarding fees: Parking: You should not have been charged for parking. Our registration system is set up to automatically comp parking for our guests, and had you reached out to us during your stay, we would have resolved this or issued a full reimbursement immediately. Early Check-In: Our early check-in fee is specifically designed to guarantee priority scheduling for turnover and maintenance. Although the home was open the night before, our operations team was addressing a maintenance ticket prior to your arrival. Because we prioritize homes with pre-arranged early check-in guarantees first, we completed that maintenance and final inspection on standard schedule, but we were still delighted to send you a courtesy text so you could head in an hour early at no charge!
