Ca's Pintor is an old Majorcan style house with its own special charm. You enter the house through the original wooden door and are captured at first sight by the charm of this old but completely renovated house. In the open living/dining room, the large dining table offers space for the whole family and the comfortable sofa invites you to relax, sip a glass of wine while watching the flames dancing in the fireplace.
Three steps lead up to the kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast table, it is the centre of the house. From here you have access to the first bathroom with shower.
Up the 5/6 steps to the mezzanine floor is a quaint bedroom with a 160 cm bed, original wooden beams and a stone wall. On the first floor we pass through a spacious double bedroom with a 180 cm bed which then leads to the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and its wooden floors and sloping wooden beams, stone walls and en-suite bathroom with shower.
All rooms have air conditioning
Glass doors from the kitchen lead to the garden with its covered terrace complete with chill out area and dining table. Equipped with barbecue, an outdoor bar with its stools and nice shady places to sit and lie down. A cosy 6 x 3 metre swimming pool ... the quiet place to relax. Enjoy the first rays of the sun with a refreshing swim in the pool in the morning.
The laundry room is also accessible from the garden.
Just behind the house at about 100 m there is a public car park.
Caimari is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and is a village with a lot of history and known for its olive groves and an olive oil factory. The old house is situated in the Plaça Major directly in the centre of the village where a weekly market takes place every Monday. The surroundings of the village offer many excursions on foot or by bike. The famous monastery of Lluc is only 20 minutes away by car, Cala Vicenç 40 minutes and the popular beaches of Port de Pollensa, AlcĂșdia and Playa de Muro are only 30 minutes away by car.
The fiestas of Caimari are always celebrated during the week of the festivity of the mare de la mare deu dagost around the 15th of August and the house is close to this square.
