De två våningar Huset ligger på en stor anlagd mycket mellan den vackra Atlanten och inloppet med panoramautsikt över havet och inlopps solnedgångar. Huset har både en skärm veranda och en enorm däck från framsidan som erbjuder ett bra ställe att samlas med familj och vänner eller bara koppla av och sola samtidigt i vyn. Det finns gott om parkering under tak under och lekplats på bakgården. Inkluderat är 2 Dogrun linjer för din speciella husdjur.

Ett stort vardagsrum och matsal combo, rymligt kök och två sovrum på första våningen med tre sovrum på andra, erbjuder utrymme för att rymma många men ändå sekretess när det behövs. Den första våningen har 1 king w / master bad, 2 tvillingar och en bäddsoffa med hall 1/2 bath. Den andra våningen har 2 drottningar med 1/2 bad, 2 tvillingar och 2 drottningar med badrum utanför hallen. Det är en fantastisk utsikt från andra våningen rum. Hemmet har en ljus och glad inredning med en tropisk flare.

Family Time

Loved our stay at Mud Monkeys! Easy and short walk to beach! We all loved hanging out on the deck—especially the dogs! Owner was super quick to respond to questions. We would definitely book again.

Excellent location and perfect size

House is in the most perfect location. Love the back deck to have dinner and just hang out. Excellent water pressure and temp for many to shower back to back. Great parking too! Definitely would stay here again

Great stay!

Great location, close to beach and pier just a few blocks away. House was well equipped. Having the robot vacuums available was a plus, easily ran them when we headed for quick clean. Having fenced backyard was also big plus for the pups! Would def stay here again!

Fun family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Garden City. It was so convenient to get to the beach as the access is directly across from the house. We couldn’t have asked for better weather.

Great location

This home is right across from the beach and close to stores and the pier. The house is nice. The only downfall is that the beds didn't seem very clean and the carpet is very stained. Overall was a great vacation!

Family Reunion

We had 9 siblings with families in 8 houses within 6 blocks. Proximity to airport, beach, golf and restaurants was ideal. Our immediate family of 10 was very comfortable at Mud Monkey, we had everything we needed. Very glad we got the linen package, we had all the sheets/towels needed, definitely recommend. A little trouble communicating with manager, but they sent message with all the necessary info, so no problem. Maybe VRBO glitch.

Perfect home for Vacation

We had such a great stay. The house was beautiful and the bed that we had was AMAZING. We are already talking about booking our trip for next year. The Property Manager was great with communication, even checked in with us once we got there incase we needed anything. The house was clean and well maintained. Location was about 7 minutes from all the best bars and restaurants. We will defiantly be back next year!

Great Experience

The house was very nice and was in the perfect location. Right across from a beach access and 3 blocks to the pier. This was of the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. I even spoke with Lisa before we came and she left us a large pot for a Low Country Boil. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We traveled with 5 couples for a four-night vacation and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location...across the street from the ocean, a short walk to the pier where you can fish, have fun in the arcade, have a bite to eat, or listen to some good music. It's also a short drive to plenty of other shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for having meals at home. There's plenty of furniture for lounging with a large group, the beds were all super comfortable, and the porches, decks, and tables under the house were great for hanging outside and enjoying the fresh beach air! Check-in and communication were easy. I would highly recommend this rental home & hope to visit again.

Location is everything

We stayed at this property during our April Spring break. The host was in touch with us consistently, which was wonderful. The house is adorable and the view from the deck was incredible. Everything is convenient from this location. We did rent gold carts to venture out, but anything you need is within walking distance. The beach is literally a stones throw away and it was wonderful to sit on the deck in the morning and have views of the beach. The house is incredibly spacious and our friends and family were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy.Our kids loved the house and it was wonderful that the house was equipped with beach gear readily available for use. Any questions we had were answered promptly and efficiently. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location. The Mud Monkey house did not disappoint. If you have a larger group, and you are looking for a central location, this is the house for you.

Spectacular Summer Vacation

Very clean and spacious.The five bedrooms allowed privacy for all guests. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would want including dish detergent, paper towels and hand soap. Access to beach was a minute away and we loved having the outdoor showers When we returned from beach. My husband especially enjoyed the deck. He watched the sunrise and had an awesome view of the ocean.Great outdoor space for family to gather. It was great having the large fenced in area for our dogs .They enjoyed it. We went to some nearby attractions and restaurants recommended by the property manager and had a great time. Every member of our family was very impressed with your home and will recommend it to other family members and friends . Thank you for the privilege of staying in the "Mud Monkeys" beach house.

Great time!

The beach house worked out perfectly for my family, plenty of space, large over sized deck for late evening relaxing, out side showers for washing off beach sand without going upstairs, washer and dryer available, it was perfect for the 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. The house is also close enough to the pier that we could walk and enjoy the bands and there were also 2 places to eat across from the pier - one a walk up breakfast/burger place (with places to also sit) and the other a pizza place that is attached to a bar (do not have to go through bar to be served) that serves some of the best pizza ever!! Which with having all this close by makes the stay even better! Did have to get in touch with Mud Monkeys regarding the internet being down in the den - they promptly returned my call and don't know how, (this would never happen in Columbia) but had Time Warner/Spectrum there within the hour - problem fixed!

A beautiful property, steps from the beach!

9 of us traveled in for the weekend and all met at this home. We were immediately impressed by the location and how convenient it is to everything. The house leaves nothing to want. It is beautiful, and there is plenty of room. The porch is absolutely amazing. The sun comes over it in the morning, but by lunch time it becomes shaded more and more by the house as the day goes on. For those mornings where you want fresh air but not to bake in the sun, the picnic table under the house is also nice! Beach access is just across the street, which is nice for the late night or early morning beach strolls. The property management team was also wonderful and handled every thing we needed in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore communication was great! Even on a Saturday the replies were prompt! I've been visiting here annually for several years and this by far has been my favorite place to stay! The management team is good at what they do and leave no stone unturned. Come to the inlet and enjoy this house. The only way to go wrong is not to!

Awesome place!!

We have a very large family and three generations that stayed here. Everyone was so happy with the house and location. The openness of the living and dining spaces made it feel big, and there was plenty of seating in both areas. We played many games around the table, and could also have a group playing games in the living room at the same time. Little table in the kitchen accommodated the little ones for meals. The house was clean, updated, and had a ton of storage. The outside deck was used constantly and again, had a lot of chairs plus two chaise lounges. The little screened porch was nice to get out of the sun or rain. We loved having a backyard to play cornhole. Plenty of space for parking…we had 5 cars and still had room! Outdoor showers were convenient. Plenty of room under the house for us to keep our beach chairs and such, and even hung a hammock on the posts. The location was ideal! Just across the street was beach access. The beach area wasn’t too crowded either since the hotels are further up and down the beach. There were also a few places to walk to….places to grab food, ice cream, the pier, and even beach volleyball. This was one of the best places our family has stayed in. Totally recommend!!

Perfect beach living

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Mud Monkeys. It is convenient to everything but not in the "thick of things". The 2 outdoor showers were fantastic and alleviated the need for showers inside. Everyone enjoyed showering outside. The extended porch was gated and allowed the little ones to play outside but contained. The walls are thick so the noise outside and inside was contained. good for sleeping babies and early bedtimes. The pier is within walking distance and so are other stores. The host was very attentive and answered any questions I might have had. I would recommend the linen service. The washer and dryer was very large and new. The refrigerator downstairs was new also. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Many 6 a.m. walks for some in the family to gather shells. Kitchen was full of pans, pots and small appliances including an air fryer, toaster oven combo. 2 coffee pots, one regular and one Keurig. The outdoor fenced area was nice. Our small dogs are so tiny they could go through the bars so we had them in kennels inside. The screened in porch was nice if the sun was intense. The weather was wonderful though. We could eat outside often. Definitely a treasure!
