The location of the flat is also unique: it is located directly on the promenade, close to the sea and next to a park with a well-equipped playground for children. Thanks to the surrounding greenery, it offers not only peace and quiet, but also proximity to soothing nature, which provides a respite from the stress of everyday life. Nearby there are also famous shops and bars, cafés and restaurants where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities and buy beautiful amber souvenirs.
It consists of a living, dining and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a total area of 28 m2. An additional advantage is the balcony, which is a practical and functional extension of the flat and allows moments of relaxation in the fresh air, and for car drivers a free parking space in the underground car park.
