Lovely flat in an elegant residential complex consisting of only 26 flats.The complex is located in the upper and panoramic part of Arguineguin (Gran Canaria).
The flat is on two levels for a total of about 60 square metres.The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction plate, microwave, dishwasher. A living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi.A small laundry room with washing machine and sink.Panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea of about 10 square meters, equipped with table and chairs.The upper floor consists of a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and bathtub with integrated shower . One bedroom with double bed ( m.1,80), air conditioning.
The residential complex is fenced with access through an automated gate. Included is a covered garage with a lift connecting to the flat floor and the complex's swimming pool.The shared pool is heated and the sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a shower.
You can access one of the most beautiful beaches by Lake Bolsena directly from the house, just 150 metres along a footpath and cycle path. It has several spots where you can go carp fishing. The cycling and hiking trails that start on the doorstep are ideal for exploring the landscape around the lake. Therefore the apartment is especially suitable for those who would like to combine sport and relaxation on holiday. The town centre and supermarkets are about 3km away and there are several restaurants on the lakeshore. It is 6km to the town of Bolsena. You can go on day trips to the Saturnia thermal spa and the towns of Bagnoregio and Orvieto.
The beach is about 1km away. The village/city centre with restaurants and supermarkets Pharmacy and hospitals is about 300/500m away.
