We enjoyed every bit of the stay we had in Saugatuck. No issues except would love to have a checkout time at 11:00 am or later as 10:00 am is just too early when you are on vacation.

Thank you so much for this kind review. We're delighted that your time in Saugatuck was such a good one from start to finish. On the checkout, the 10:00 AM time is a fixed part of our schedule that gives our local team the window they need to have everything ready for the next guests, though we truly understand the wish for a slower morning on vacation. We'd love to host you again whenever your travels bring you back this way. The VueStay Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Stephanie. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the house and found it charming for your vacation! However, I am sorry to learn about the concerns regarding the community pool and hot tub. While our team was not made aware of any issues with the pool during your stay, we are glad we were able to promptly address the hot tub by skimming it to ensure it was clean and enjoyable for you. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are committed to making every stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to welcome you back to improved accommodations in the future.
