Surrounded by almond and fig trees, a few minutes from the estuary "Ria de Alvor", as well as the 4 km long sandy beach "Meia Praia", the Resort Foz da Ria, offers everything for a perfect vacation. A pool area with sun loungers and children's pool, as well as a children's playground, fitness room with sauna and jacuzzi surrounded by subtropical gardens. The fitness center offers treadmill, indoor bike, weight station and abdominal trainer. Across the street from the resort, next to the parking lots is the tennis court. The pools operate year-round, as well as the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and tennis court are available to guests all year round. Golfers will find in a few minutes by car the famous golf course Palmares with 18 holes located between rolling hills and the dunes of the beach "Meia Praia". The historic city of Lagos, with its beautiful car-free old town is about 7 km away and awaits its visitors with countless restaurants, bars, shopping, souvenir stores and sights. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator available).
The apartment consists of a spacious open living room with dining area, CD player and large Smart Internet TV. The excellent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and has a small balcony with views towards the Monchique Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, the other with 2 single beds with access to a balcony with views to the Monchique Mountains. One bathroom with bathtub is available. The large balcony is equipped with garden furniture and two sun loungers. From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the pool area and the ocean. Air conditioning (cooling/heating) in the living room and Wi-Fi are available.
