Nestled among almond and fig trees, just a few minutes from the "Ria de Alvor" estuary and the 4 km long "Meia Praia" beach, the Foz da Ria Resort offers everything for a perfect holiday.
The pool area, complete with sun loungers and a separate children’s pool, is ideal for relaxation. A children’s playground is located right next to the pool. Guests can also enjoy the fitness room with sauna and whirlpool, all set amidst subtropical gardens. The fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, indoor bike, strength station, and ab trainer.
Opposite the resort, next to the parking area, there is a tennis court. The pools are open year-round, and the fitness room, sauna, whirlpool, and tennis court are all available to guests throughout the entire year.

For golf enthusiasts, the famous Palmares Golf Course is just a few minutes by car. This challenging 18-hole course is set between rolling hills and the dunes of the "Meia Praia" beach.
The historic town of Lagos, with its charming car-free old town, is about 7 km away. It offers visitors a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, souvenir stores, and attractions.

The apartment is located on the first floor, with an elevator available.
It features a spacious open-plan living room with dining area, CD player, and a large Smart TV with internet access. The excellent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and more. The small balcony offers a beautiful view of the Monchique mountains.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the balcony with views of the pool and the sea, the other with two single beds and access to a balcony with views of the Monchique mountains. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower attachment.
The large balcony is furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers, offering a fantastic view of the pool area and the sea.

Air conditioning in the living room (cooling and heating) and free Wi-Fi complete the offering.

Please note that during the heating period (November to March), electricity is not included in the rental price. It will be charged on site according to consumption and must be paid in cash.
