Holiday apartment A3 for a family of four
This detached, solid brick house is very close to the beach, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Nemira, but nevertheless in a central location.
There is a balcony with a table, chairs and parasol. Two beach loungers are available for use free of charge, as well as a surf board for a fee. There is a shared fenced site that is also suitable for children. A parking space is available.
The attic of around 42mÂČ consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sleeping corner for a further two people with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV and a safe, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining corner, a ceramic hob, coffee machine, sink, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer, as well as a bathroom with a shower bath (75 x 75cm) and toilet.
It is about 60 metres to the beach, along a short path with steps, therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. The centre with restaurants and a grocery shop is about 100 metres away.
Note that the house is accessed easily along a steep asphalted road.
