This detached house is very close to the beach, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Namira, but still in a central location.
The terrace/veranda provides garden furniture, a parasol and garden lounger. There is a shared, fenced site that is also suitable for children. A parking space and two bicycles can be used free of charge. A surf board is also available for a fee.
The attic of around 80m² consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, flatscreen TV and double sofa bed, a bedroom next to it with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate WC.
It is about 60 metres to the beach along a short path with steps, so not suitable for wheelchair users. The centre with restaurants and a grocery shop is about 100 metres away.
Note that the house is easy to access up a steep road.
