This light holiday apartment is in Vinkuran along the sunny south coast of the Istrian peninsula, ideal for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noiseModern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment in an enclosed residential house newly built in 2015, with a private sunny terrace and a grill area in the shared garden.
The 50mÂČ holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey residential house, whose upper floor is occupied by the owner. The house was newly built just recently in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units (cool/warm) in all the rooms. As the apartment benefits from its own separate entrance, your privacy is ensured. The apartment consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and a dining table with four chairs. The modern built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be pushed together as a double bed. The daylight bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and cupboard and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
The living room opens onto the sunny terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol, which are for your own exclusive use during your stay. The grill area in the enclosed garden is also for your private use, so you can enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
Your apartment is about 400 metres from the nearest beach. The nearest shops, cafés and restaurants are only about 200-500 metres away. It is about 1km to the centre of Vinkuran with a supermarket and shops, colourful markets (the fish market is especially to be recommended), an ATM and a petrol station. The historical harbour town of Pula about 4km away with its famous amphitheatre and a wide range of gastronomy is ideal for an interesting day trip.
