Beautiful villa! Amazing private pool and boat dock on the canal! Very helpful management.
My husband and I brought our two daughters and a friend at the end of July. We could not believe the great price when we booked on VRBO! I almost felt like it was a scam but it wasnât lol! Nicest place weâve ever stayed. The management company was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and had good suggestions for restaurants. The beach was a little further than other places weâve stayed but the private pool made up for it! You can swim at midnight if you want to as long as youâre not crazy loud. The neighborhood is all retired military and law enforcement so very safe and quiet. Everything you need to cook plus beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats and more are in the villa. We LOVED the walk in rain shower and had more than enough room for everyone to sleep and relax. Thereâs a roku tv and plenty of games and books for adults and kids. We enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing fish jump. We went to Sanibel Island beach and it was beautiful but the parking was difficult. We went to Fort Meyers beach 4 days and loved it, found free parking and a nice public beach that wasnât crowded at all. We explored the marina closest to the villa and did some shopping and got ice cream. Iâve read some reviews that complain about management stopping by without notice but they clearly tell you several times to make an appointment for check in ASAP after you arrive. The man that did our check in was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, the only other time they came was when someone came to service the pool and you are informed that that may happen during your stay. That person was also very nice and friendly. There is a 2 car garage with one open space. We didnât use it but I think you can if you want to. This is a beautiful place and we all want to come back!!
