A Brand New Villa Close to the beast Beches of Crete at the rea of Damnoni.Medern villa with a touch of island architecture in an area of 200 square meters where you can enjoy the long swimming pool you barebeque and if you want to invite your friends and guests to do your own event, party, wedding, anniversary at the huge outside garden area of the house . A place that you are going to love for ever!
The vila has designed on a meditterenian island style that offeres a feeling of freshenss and flair and relaxation. It has big spaces and is accesible by wheelchair. The constructor has develop part of the international airport of Athens and he had dedicate all his talend and knowlege to offer something uniqie for this property. There are two levels on this bulting the grounf floor with the livingroom and the kichen, on bedroom and one bathroom which are accesible by wjeelchair. The second floor has three bedrooms and one living room. One batroom and one bedroom with ensuit bathroom. Everything is new and equiped with modern styli furniture and high quality. Spending the time inside the vila is nice even in winter but aldso in the summer. The villa has aircondition everywhere and also it has cetral heating system and fire place that make it ideal also for the winter time.
The outside area is a big area that had the swimming pool on the back yard so you have your pivacy there with nobody to be able to disturb you. The front yard is a big area with frass that children can play, you can do your events there weddings anniversaries with an area for more than 150 people to sit. There is also parking space for your car.
