This typical French holiday home exudes charm and warmth with its beautiful sand-coloured stones from days gone by. With 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a large terrace and a children's playground, it offers entertainment for all ages. The shared swimming pool 100 m away on foot offers coolness in summer. You can catch your own fish in the pond in preparation for an unforgettable barbecue evening!
In picturesque Prats du PĂ©rigord, an exploration of forests and fields through great hiking trails awaits. Walk straight to the village, where a cute little bakery awaits you with fresh croissants. Here you arrive at the crossroads of 3 regions: Lot, Dordogne and Lot et Garonne. Explore the old bastides of Villefranche du PĂ©rigord, the enchanting medieval square of Monpazier, or hilltop Belves near the Dordogne. Perigueux and Bergerac are within easy reach, along with the most fascinating attractions on the Dordogne. You can enjoy canoeing from Cenac on the Dordogne or explore the many caves nearby.
But above all, enjoy to the full. Grab a terrace, have a glass of wine, watch people walk by, browse shops and flea markets... time will fly by!
