The holiday home is a terraced house and furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol and barbecue facilities.

Stintino. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

air conditioning. TV reception takes place via electric wire. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid October, 8 m x 4 m, depth 1.40 m).
