Inside, the condo offers a bright and inviting space designed for comfort and easy living. After a day in the sun, unwind in the cool air of central AC and relax in the open-concept living area, ideal for spending time together. The living room is perfect for movie nights or simply kicking back with the ocean breeze drifting in through the sliding doors.



Whether you’re dining out or keeping it cozy, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at your leisure. Gather around the dining table to share stories from the day, plan tomorrow’s adventures, and enjoy quality time with family and friends in your home away from home.



Things to Know

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (Including balconies)There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.

Streaming services will require a guest account to access.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
