This tastefully decorated vacation rental in beachy hues features all of the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating, and cozy bedrooms. The spacious north facing balcony gives you a bit of a view of the ocean while you relax with your coffee in the morning or something a little stronger in the evening. Book this property and enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, elevator for easy access, outside shower to wash away the sand after a fun day at the beach, and two dedicated parking spots. This unit is located on the first floor very close to the indoor pool The Hawaiian Village complex is ideally located near popular restaurants, mini golf and Fenwick Island attractions. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Accommodating up to seven guests, the primary bedroom has a queen and a twin and the 2nd bedroom offers two double beds. (Please note, fitness room is for owner only use)
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
