Great location!

We were looking for a housr with a good location central to all of our interests as well a authentic Mallorca coastal town that had all the amenities to really relax. Great house!

Beautiful house with even better view

We were only on Mallorca for 2 days and couldn't have been happier with the house. The beds were comfortable and the modern style of the house was fantastic. My only regret was that it wasn't warm enough to use the pool We will have to go back sometime when it is warmer and we can stay longer.

Beautiful house with everything you need

We absolutely loved the beach house. As beautiful as the pictures potray the place to be, they don't do it justice. The house and surrounding area was extremely peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. The house is very well equipped with everything a person needs, and more. Would absolutely recommend the beach house to any couples, families or individuals looking for a peaceful getaway!

Fabulous Villa

My family of 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 9) spent an amazing week in February here. The villa is well appointed and well equipped. It is very spacious. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The view is splendid - I spent some lovely lie-ins drinking coffee in bed loooking at the view. My kids went in the pool despite the cold - they loved it! Thank you vey much for letting us stay.

Beautiful villa for a relaxing weekend

The accommodation was great with each bedroom having an en-suite. The property could do with mirrors though ... no full length mirror. The house was for 6 people but there were only 4 Sun beds which was a shame and the WiFi signal is very weak. The property could benefit from a ‘how to’ guide in the apartment like taxi numbers and local information. The location is just a 5minute taxi drive to the port with lots of restaurants and bars which is great. We would recommend staying here and would definitely return. Great holiday!

The house is really nice. The surrounding is very quiet and the view from the house is stunning. The villa is very well equiped, each room has its own bathroom and loo (although one of them was leaking, so we couldn't use it). As we arrived on Saturday the pool had green colour and wasn't clean. I had to ask the owner twice to manage the issue. We could use it (clean enouhg) first on Tuesday. This was a pity. The owner wasn't responding anymore. We wanted to throw the kitchen trash in the bin outside the house, because it started to smell, but no response from the owner. There is no beach equipment. We had to buy it and them leave it in the house, because it was impossible to take it on the plane.

Major disappointment!

In short There were red ants in the bed and bathroom When we arrived the manager tried to charge us extra for towels and sheets and insisted on prompt payment - There was no bbq - There was no batteries in TV remote controls rendering the TV unusable We had an issue using the washing machine tried to call and email with no reply. just a disappointing experience overall

Beautiful villa but poor hot water supply

This is a beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. It was a short steep walk to 3 excellent restaurants (La Terrazza, Alcanada35 & the beach bar) A few minutes drive to Old AlcĂșdia or the port area for lots more restaurants, jet skiing, boat hire & quad biking - we had a lot of fun! We also recommend visiting S’Illot beach & restaurant for snorkelling & hiking the hills behind and a visit to one of the organic vineyards for a guided tasting & meal - our favourite was Los Dos Cabelleros near Inca. It was hot & humid so we appreciated the aircon in all bedrooms as well as the living area although it was far less efficient in the master suite which gets full sun most of the day. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for 5/6 adults & the washing machine & line in the back garden are very useful. There are some excellent hikes/running trails nearby & good sea swimming from the pebble beach at the bottom of the hill. We had no hot water for 9 days with workmen arriving on our first morning to assess a problem which was known about before we arrived but which we hadn’t been alerted to. Vrbo offered to move us to another villa at the hosts expense but we declined thinking it would only be a couple of days. It was then a frustratingly slow process to get it fixed, not to mention unpleasant to have cold showers unless paying for a hotel room or gym pass. We felt the host couldn’t really be bothered to help us out & it spoilt our enjoyment of an otherwise excellent holiday.

Super schöne Lage, mit ein paar SchwÀchen.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen, Super Lage. Der Ausblick ist fast nicht zu topen. Schöne Schlafzimmer , mit nicht so tollen Badezimmern . Nicht die Sauberkeit ist das Problem , die Waschtische und WC‘s sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist sauber , gute WasserqualitĂ€t, aber mĂŒsste auch mal saniert werden. FĂŒr das relativ teure Haus , erwartet man etwas mehr Perfektion. Aber nichts desto Trotz, im grossen und Ganzen war es eine tolle Woche hier.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Dennoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, StrĂ€nde - alles ist in der NĂ€he. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs Meer aus dem Schlafzimmer ist einmalig. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Danke!

Der Aufenthalt und die Umgebung sind zu empfehlen ( ein Auto ist ein muss da der Hafen und die Altstadt doch zu weit weg sind ) am Haus sind einige Schönheitsfehler ( kaputte Liegen usw) die den Urlaub trĂŒben, dazu kommt das zwei HĂ€user weiter vier Hunde ĂŒber den Tag sehr viel bellen. Der Aussicht von der Terrasse ist kaum zu ĂŒberbieten ( vom Schlafzimmer) ansonsten stimmt der Preis / Leistung VerhĂ€ltnisse am Haus

Tolle Lage, aber Objekt mit kleineren MĂ€ngeln

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ist modern eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen Pool. Leider hatte das Haus nicht die versprochene Dachterasse. Im Aussenbereich fehlten uns Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Liegen waren alle Defekt. Des Weiteren wurde der Pool in zwei Wochen nur 1x gereinigt. Trotz der beschriebenen MÀngel haben wir einen erholsamen Urlaub im Haus verbracht.

Perfect summer holiday!

This was simply the best holiday we've ever had! The villa is spectacular; nice amount of space, stunning views and good sized pool for a young family. The villa was clean when we arrived. We had some issues with the water and air conditioning, but these were fixed by the management company very quickly. The contractors were very respectful. The pool was cleaned during our stay. The villa was very well equipped. We even met the owner who was very pleasant and gave our children a pair of scooters to use during our stay! Having a car was very helpful. We hope to return next year! 5 stars

The house was beautiful. The views from the principal bedroom and top floor were stunning.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well looked after and matched the description well. Perhaps you should post more photos of the stunning views from the rooftop! I would highly recommend this spot.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Fotos entsprechen voll der RealitĂ€t. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gern wieder. Leider hat man es vergessen, uns an unserem Ankunftstag den SchlĂŒsselcode zuzusenden. Das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck aber nur unwesentlich geschmĂ€lert, denn nachdem wir uns per Mail in Erinnerung gerufen hatten, bekamen wir den Code umgehend zugesandt.

Fantastic Villa

Really lovely villa - well equipped and beautiful villa with loads of space - both indoors and outdoors. Check in and out was easy, and communication with host was straightforward. Need a car / taxi to get most places from here, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Tolles Haus

Super Urlaub! Das Haus ist ein traumhaftes Anwesen und schön eingerichtet mit einer großen KĂŒche. Strand ist direkt in der NĂ€he. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto auch ca 8 min weg. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, hat alles unkompliziert geklappt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder hin gehen.
