Summary:
This beautiful villa is located in the popular Marquesa V area of DÚnia. From the garden, you can enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful mountain landscape and the sea from the upper glazed sun terrace. Outside, the house features a sunny terrace with a private pool measuring 8 x 3.5 m. The house is divided into several floors. The main floor has two bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a living room. On the lower floor, there is an apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
This villa lacks nothing! Two fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, a filter coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob and much more, the house has a total of 6 air conditioners, a gas central underfloor heating, smart TVs, stereo, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower "solar" hot / cold, a portable gas grill, x2 washing machines, dryer, beautiful outdoor set, awnings and much more ... Bed sizes: 3 double beds with 2 single mattresses 0,90m x 2,00m. Garage for 2 cars + carport.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Our Villa Niobe is situated in the popular location of Marquesa V (Denia), this sunny and quiet location is about 3.5 km from the town centre, and about 4 km from the beach. The town centre of Denia offers many shops, restaurants, bars and if you wish you can take the fast ferry from Denia to Formentera in 2 hours or Ibiza in 3 hours. Also both airports, Alicante and Valencia, are only about 100 km away. Do you play golf? The golf courses of La Sella or Oliva Nova are also within easy reach.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 15kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30âŹ/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 ⏠must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20âŹ/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 âŹ/person.
