The main living area of the house impresses with a light-flooded living room that flows harmoniously into the dining area and the open-plan, high-quality equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level.
Guests have also been catered for, as there is a further bedroom/living room and an additional bathroom in the lower, separate area of the house.
The various terrace areas invite you to spend sunny days outdoors and enjoy the impressive views of the Montgo mountain all the way to the sea. Enjoy the benefits of a communal pool, which promises a refreshing dip on warm days. The communal pool is only a 5-minute walk away.
The La Sella residential complex is particularly popular due to its golf course and the existing tennis and riding facilities. Discover the charm and diverse possibilities of this unique property! Bed sizes: one double bed 180x200cm and two separate single beds 100x200cm.
There is also a single bed of 100x200cm and a double bed of 160x200cm in the basement, but their use is restricted due to the humidity in the basement.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is in a good location in La Sella near the tennis courts, restaurant, supermarket and pharmacy. The motorway can be reached from La Sella in just a few minutes. This means that the international airports of Alicante and Valencia can be reached in around an hour. The gastronomic town of Denia is also in the immediate vicinity. There you will find everything your heart desires, such as various restaurants, clothing shops and the ferry to Mallorca or Ibiza.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30âŹ/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 ⏠must be paid.
Optional services:

If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival.
